This is a great pan. The size is good for large cooking and the depth is what I really like because it keeps things from splattering out of the pan. The non-stick works well (I hand wash and do not use abrasive sponges). It's also nice because it has two handles since it gets heavy when full. Neither handle gets too hot and you don't have to use a pot holder.

OK, I am a cooking vessel junkie, I admit. Everything from cast iron to nonstick aluminum. This pan with it's gorgeous wood grain handle is already my favorite and I've only had it for 2 days. Made 3 meals in it, and left it dirty overnight on purpose to see how dried up food would clean and it just wiped out with a paper towel. It's heavy and distributes heat perfectly all the way across. The first thing I cooked was ground beef and it browned it better than anything I have - up there with cast iron. Better because it's easier to handle with the smaller lift assist, deeper, and has the sloped bottom for easy mixing. Putting the handles on took me less than one minute, REALLY not difficult at all. Don't worry about this one at all - it's worth so much more than I paid!

It's great. Nonstick means it's easy to wipe clean. Deep and wide for all kinds of cooking and with a lid to keep splashes at bay. I am happy with this purchase. Be aware that this pan requires some assembly - which surprised me when I first unpacked it because it's a pan and I'd never seen a pan that needed assembly. You have to attach the handles, FYI. I'll get to that in a minute. Size - this is a great skillet for making a skillet meal. I've used it to cook up to 4 lbs of diced chicken plus other bulky ingredients like beans and tomatoes thrown in without any issues. It heats and cooks evenly and cleans up very easily with a non-abrasive sponge and dish soap. The only down side for me was the assembly. I'm SO challenged in assembling anything so I was a bit dismayed to find the handles weren't attached. I did manage to get them on...once I figured out which side each handle went on (which for most people is probably obvious but for me? Not so much). And, so far, they haven't fallen off so I'm guessing I did it right. Note: this pan is kinda heavy and it's a struggle to drain off grease since I really should use both hands to hold the skillet steady which leaves me with no hand to hold the lid over the top.
