Thorne really delivers, top-tier quality as always. The capsules are clean, with no weird or unpleasant taste. You might notice some burping or gas, but it’s mild and not surprisingly not fishy or gross, definitely better than my previous experiences. Just a heads up: fishy stools can happen, but that’s pretty normal with oil-based supplements, not a flaw in the product itself. Love this product. It does not leave any fishy aftertaste at all. This rates 9.69 out of 10 on the SuppCo app. If you take supplements, you need this app. It's a great way to see the safety and quality of all the supplements you are taking. My doctor recommended these specifically, she takes them too, and so far I guess they are good. I mean, I don't really feel a difference in myself BUT they seem to be high quality, they are tasteless and they don't have a nasty smell. 4 stars only because I don't really know if they are "working".
