This frying pan is a great product. Food doesn’t stick no matter what one is frying or cooking in it. One doesn’t need to use a lot of oil to prevent sticksing. I follow the manufacturer directions on how to use it which are easy and came along with the pan. These instructions even helped me to use some other pans that I have with more success. The pan is now in use now for several months and is my favorite pan. It still looks new and works the same way. Whe cooking meals with a gravy, i.e. some meat or tomato sauce in it and it drys on a bit before cleaning it’s not a problem. Putting a bit of water and using a sponge with a bit of dishwashing soap handles it very easily. When making eggs or pancakes the pan could theoretically be cleaned with a paper towel as nothing sticks. So the cleaning is very easy and as stated in the product description. The look of the pan is also great and the design of the wood look like handle makes it really rustic. The handle needs to be attached to the pan upon arrival. It is very easy to do and a good phillips screw driver, which is going into my tool box, came along in the package to perform the task. Lastly, the pan has a nice weight and is not too heavy. The glass lid makes it a bit heavy but it’s still not too heavy. I am very happy and satisfied with that purchase and can recommend it.

A similar pan was good as a non-stick, but pour spouts vented the pan with the lid on. Consequently, top side or center of food like omelettes, mushrooms and fried eggs did not cook without flipping in the pan. Between the tight fitting lid, the heavy duty construction and Swiss Granite finish, the SENSARTE cooks perfectly and consistently. I almost always have an egg white omelette with spinach, mixed veggies or mushrooms mixed in. Sometimes I add ricotta cheese as filling, fold over, cover and let cook. They come out great. They don't burn, but they are never cold or uncooked in the middle. The eggs lift out clean with a spatula and I can put in a sausage patty and cook it without having to wash out the pan it pick up bits of residue. When done, the pan and lid wash clean, using just dish detergent and a non-abrasive sponge. I'm happy.

This is a sturdy, well made, perfect capacity frying pan. Back in July, I was looking for an 11" fry pan with a lid that has straight sides that could be used on a glass top electric stove. The 11" skillet met all of the criteria and as a bonus the 4 qt capacity is perfect. I purchased the 11" skillet from Walmart at twice the price that it is sold for on Amazon. After several months of using the 11" skillet, I learned that the Sensarte fry pan met & exceeded all of my cooking needs so I decided to look on Amazon to see if other Sensarte cookware was available. I was pleasantly pleased to find that there are many Sensarte cookware items available on Amazon at extremely reasonable prices. I purchased a 8" & 9.5 egg/omelette skillet, 10" 3.5 qt skillet, 12" 5qt skillet, and 1.5 qt, 2 qt & 2.5 qt sauce pans. This cookware is non-stick, cooks evenly, is sturdy and cleans easily. Additionally every single skillet & sauce pan came with a lid, another huge bonus. I have several very expensive pans with the handles attached to the pan itself with rivets, when the rivets come loose, the pans become unusable garbage because the rivets cannot be tightened. The glass lids are a plus and the larger skillets (9.5", 10", 11" & 12") each come came with a really nice screwdriver to attach the handles. I love it!!! a pan with the ability to tighten the handles with a screw driver is a huge bonus.

This frying pan is great. The weight is perfect for my elderly hands. I like a hefty pan but can no longer handle cast iron. This feels very solid but is light enough for me to handle. The nonstick feature works really well. Nothing sticks so it’s easy to clean and the surface resists scratches pretty well. I like it so much I bought a couple of matching saucepans.
