product is really good just a reminder to the buyers they should turn off the ice maker because the ice that is not use meltdowns and goes to the water again and gives a metal taste but everything else is good 👍

So far, I'm really enjoying this unit! It was easy to use, right out of the box. You basically turn it on, add a water source (a 5 gallon jug from your local grocery store works well). If you have a decent water source, you could even refill it so you do not have to purchase new ones. There is not heavy liftin, like conventional water coolers. Just place the full water bottle in the lower compartment and the machine will take care of the rest! When you first add the water and turn on the device, it will suck up a lot of water (about a gallon and a half or so). Then it will start refrigeration of the water. You have to press the "making ice" button in order to get it to make ice, and there is a handy gauge of three long LED's that tell you when the ice compartment is full. There is also a light that tells you when the water source has been consumed. The unit is very quiet, even when making ice. I can barely hear it among my daily routine. The cooler looks nice in an office or kitchen, and has a great function besides its aesthetics. The ice is large and well made and comes out of the shoot at a consistent pace. The water tastes clean and is nice and cold when it comes out as well. The only thing I would change is the way it dispenses water. You have to touch the button to turn it off, so you need to make sure both hands are free. Sometimes the button does not turn off the stream exactly when pushed, so you need to be careful of over filling - especially with the hot water! Other than that, this is a solid machine, great for your home or office. I'm really enjoying it in mine!

This 3-in-1 water cooler dispenser with ice maker is incredible. The button functionality is phenomenal and very advanced. Everything works well and it seems to be very durable and very much worth the value. The ice maker is a bonus and having the bottom portion for placing the water is much more convenient than the old school water dispensers. Maintaining the cleanliness is easy breezy.
