Loving this litter box. I had a rake style self cleaning box before and this is such a huge upgrade. The rake always left little piece behind that would fall through and I had to do total litter changes often. The litter tray is clean and new every time after this one. I also had to set my old ine on a timer to not go off at night because it was so loud. This one, while it has the ability to set a schedule in the app, I don't even need it, it's so quiet. Been in use a week now and I just changed the bag today out of habit, but it was only a little over half full with 2 cats. It is nice to know there is the space for it to go longer if ever needed. The only con I have so far is the bag replacement is a little awkward at first but easy to get the hang of. Wish the app would track different cats but I can tell which one has used it when based on the weight. So worth the money and I would never spend almost a grand on one when this one works so well and has a lifetime warranty.

So far, we really like this self‑cleaning litter box. The emptying process takes a couple of tries to get the hang of, especially when the litter is right at the minimum line, but it’s not a dealbreaker. I love that I can use the same litter my cat is already used to — the transition was super easy, and she adjusted right away. The automatic cleaning after every use is amazing. I’m still figuring out the app (I’m not very tech‑savvy lol), but the box itself is quiet, doesn’t smell, and it’s not huge or bulky. It fits perfectly in the corner where her old litter box used to be. Overall, we give it Purrfection.

Edit: changing to a 1, could be 1.5. Compared to the litter robot, it’s just so much messier and more to deal with. I cleaned it, it still got their weird pee circle all the way around the outside of it. Every time you try to change the bag, there is dirty litter that you’ll have to clean up too. You need special bags to use it. It’s tougher to fill with litter. Just save up a bit longer, get a litter robot or something else. This thing is gross to deal with… This is a decent litter box. Pros: It has quiet operation The bag is easy to get to and change The app is quite nice, showing excretion time and frequency for the cat, which may be helpful. Cons: The litter box is quite small, and my cats are quite large. It’s tough to add more litter to it and gauge when you have the appropriate amount, have to use my phone flash light. It doesn’t seem to tell me when it’s close to being full. A bit difficult to gauge how dirty it is inside, due to its small opening and how low it is. Believe I need to buy their bags for this machine, where as with litter robot 3 I just use generic 7 gallon bags that I roll on to make shorter. Conclusion: I have both this, and a litter robot 3. I would say the litter robot 3 is the superior product in my experience. However, this is half the price, or less, and does the job. The litter robot 3 is easier to change the waste, seems to stay a bit cleaner, and has a larger capacity. It’s also much easier to add litter too, and roomier for my cats. However, this device is smaller and stands out less. If you can’t afford a litter robot (that’s the brand / product name), then this isn’t a bad choice.

Disappointed because I love this so much its made life SO much easier but I just purchased the unit December 16, its January 20 and its already making a high pitch noise when in clean mode/spinning. That just should not be on a brand new unit. Very annoying. Amazon wants me to return it im not taking my time to pack this thing up I want a way to fix this thing or send me what I need. Ive tried looking at it and cant figure out where its coming from. Hope the seller is able to help me! Other than that this limited edition cutie is so worth it, I use lightweight cat litter, fill it exactly as instructed adjust the time on my phone for the unit to wait 7 minutes to let it clump real good (i think its defaulted at 3 minutes) and it literally cleans it perfectly and puts the litter back level. Last step It will ion clean & deodorize! The difference in the smell in my house from litter box to this is astonishing i was seriously nose blind there is no smell at all now. I have had NO wet at the bottom NO poo stuck to the sides and NO litter at the bottom of the unit on my floor ? as some have experienced Im not sure if it is the litter used and/or not allowing the wet to clump long enough. Its super easy to change the bag and ur done. Absolutely love it. I got the mat from Amazon for her to walk out on to catch the litter which isn't much at all and I vacuum the excess a couple times a month. No litter comes out of the unit that I notice when it spins to clean, I know some were concerned about that. Its very lightweight but sturdy and all parts come together well. Another plus. All in all very very pleased with this I dont know why I didnt buy one first off having a cat! I will update if I get a resolution to my issue!

Super easy to set up working like a charm after a few weeks of use. Cats took to it right away but they are used to having a litter robot 3 around. Can't be the price when it's on sale and it takes a very small amount of litter.

Works well I'll let you know when you're cats use it. By knowing the weight of our cats we can tell which one is in there at any time. One issue is that when cats urinate the clump seems to stick to the inside litter box. This makes perfect cleaning not possible. I will need to try different litters to see if they make a difference.
