Loving this litter box. I had a rake style self cleaning box before and this is such a huge upgrade. The rake always left little piece behind that would fall through and I had to do total litter changes often. The litter tray is clean and new every time after this one. I also had to set my old ine on a timer to not go off at night because it was so loud. This one, while it has the ability to set a schedule in the app, I don't even need it, it's so quiet. Been in use a week now and I just changed the bag today out of habit, but it was only a little over half full with 2 cats. It is nice to know there is the space for it to go longer if ever needed. The only con I have so far is the bag replacement is a little awkward at first but easy to get the hang of. Wish the app would track different cats but I can tell which one has used it when based on the weight. So worth the money and I would never spend almost a grand on one when this one works so well and has a lifetime warranty. ... show more

So far, we really like this self‑cleaning litter box. The emptying process takes a couple of tries to get the hang of, especially when the litter is right at the minimum line, but it’s not a dealbreaker. I love that I can use the same litter my cat is already used to — the transition was super easy, and she adjusted right away. The automatic cleaning after every use is amazing. I’m still figuring out the app (I’m not very tech‑savvy lol), but the box itself is quiet, doesn’t smell, and it’s not huge or bulky.     • Do not waste your money!
This litter box is the worst! So many issues with it. First, when I tried to clean the litter box, it took me 40 minutes and it still wasn't clean. It is impossible to completely remove the litter because of the ring on the front of the litter box. The litter gets caught in the ring and the only way to completely get it out is to vacuum it. Second, the litter mat cannot be removed to be cleaned completely. Even though the instructions indicates thst it can be removed. I called Petcove and they told me that the litter mat could not be removed. I asked them why the instructions are wrong and they had no answer. Third, the litter trash bag would not stay tight around the opening where the waste drops into the bag. However, there was litter and waste all over the outside of the bag. When I placed the bag, I made sure to tighten it over the opening. Third, the WiFi from the litter box would not connect with my home WiFi. I called Petcove and they sent me a new litter box. With the new litter box, I could connect to the WiFi on both ends. However, by then I was done messing with this litter box. I returned the litter box and was so happy to see it go! There are less expensive options if you Google Amazon litter box ratings. Save your money and don't buy this product! It's a lot of unneeded stress in your life. ... show more

    • This is a good budget friendly automatic litter box
Super easy to set up working like a charm after a few weeks of use. Cats took to it right away but they are used to having a litter robot 3 around. Can't be the price when it's on sale and it takes a very small amount of litter.

Love it. Works beautifully. Description VERY DECEIVING. It absolutely will not eork for a big cat. It is NOT XL Capacity. Can’t use. Having to resell and losing money!!!!! Not pleased.

Setting up was so smooth. It took a couple of days for the kitties to get used to using that. It is revolutionary relief for me from daily cleaning. And the most amazing thing is no odor in the air!

    • it will work on 5 and 2.4 Wi-Fi networks and easy to setup APP it even deodorizes itself haaa
easy to setup once you download the app then use clumping litter and wow a couple of days after setup they start using it no more scooping cat poo any longer in our regular litter box and they use it without me having to get them to go inside without a fight.
