I love this litter box, & my cats do too! I have had this for 6 months now, & just bought another one in a different color. The machine is easy to set up, the app works great & both my 13 lb cats fit in it nicely & usperfectly! purrfectly! It's nice that the bags are on the top of the cylinder, so easy to change out I find, with 2 cats, & 2 litter boxes, I change the bags out once a week, they are full then. I clean the cylinder out completely once/month. Be aware, that if you let the litter go below the fill line, the clumps don't always empty correctly, & have noticed that sometimes the pee stays slumped on the base, leaving me to give it a nudge to come off. Otherwise, this box is a lifesaver! We have taken week long vacations as well with these working beautifly for my 2 cats. They have their automatic feeders/water dishes & automated litter boxes that are clean all week- what more can you ask for! I would recommend the Lelo to any cat lover/owner that wants to make litter box changing a better experience! And, it's a great price, with a little smaller footprint than others on the market!

I was very excited for this self cleaning litter box to arrive. I have 2 cats plus 2 rescues I am currently housing. So I was doing a lot of scooping and was over it. 3/4 have taken to the box, my old man cat has yet to use it. The other 3 have warmed up to it and is using it consistently. Set up was ease, app notifies me every time. Over all it was working great. However it has only been a week since having the litter box and it is squeaking when it starts rotating. It is quite annoying and loud. I am going to clean it out this week and see if that helps. Maybe there litter trapped somewhere making the noise?

So glad I made the right call over so many similar products. It was very easy to install. It connected to my phone very easily. I have both cats in it. I think the height and space are cat friendly. No need for the cats to jump in and out like some other products that have a certain height. Overall it has worked great so far and no noise. Definitely recommend!

Cat and us are happy with this device. Easy to work with and to mantain. It really contains the odor inside the pod so it doesn’t go around the room. Highly recommended if you are a busy family. I changed the bag every two weeks. The technology app is amazing and easy to work with.

This is very well designed and works perfectly. The barrel rotates slowly along its axis and leaves the entry port open at all times, so this is very safe for the cats. We love this litter box as the controls are obvious and easy to use and the app functionality allows for remote operation and data tracking of usage. We have 2 cats, a kitten and a larger 20lb 3-year-old. Our kitten took to the litter box right away and seem fascinated by the automation. Our older cat unfortunately refuses to use it and seem very suspicious. We left his old box out next to the new box and hope he will get used to the new one with time. We absolutely love the convenience, this has cut our work in half, and if our older cat will accept it, will cut out our litter cleaning needs completely. This has a great automated cleaning and deodorizing system but can also be set to manual cleaning. We've used both and both works fine, hopefully leaving it on manual will silence the automation and allow our older cat to be less wary and use it. Very frustrating, but it's not the box's fault. All the dirty litter gets tucked away in the plastic bag (the 3 rolls of included litter bags measure 17.5" x 18.5" - length x width/opening). We use traditional clumping mineral litter and that seem to work very well with this machine. The cats get a perfectly smooth and clean litter every time. Outstanding litter box that works perfectly out of the box. Update: After about 2 months, our older cat finally used it, need to clean out weekly now with both cats using it.

my cat loves it to. Sometime it seems he will go use the bathroom just to watch it work a few minutes later. he just stand by and admires it lol. The litter box is easy to use. Pretty much just add litter and itll work itself out. Now, there are different buttons which I wish were clearer of their functions on the unit, but they arent. Buttons to enable the wireless control, to start the cleaning etc. Theres also an app. Thats how I control the litter box. the app does very often it seems, delete the litter box from my app, but its very easy to add it back and get going. the smell seems to decrease also as its trapped in a little bag inside of a cubby so once its cleaned, 10 minutes later or so, the smell is also gone, but boy when you open that compartment to replace the bag (I do this every day, sometimes every two days at the most) it'll slap you. A great addition if you have the money for such an item. You still have to add the bags, and remove the bags but you doj't have to clean the litter as often or pick it up piece by piece like a normal litter box.
