Worked well for awhile. Then we started to have the issue of urine under the globe. Now the motor seems to be going out and it won't spin... hasn't even been a year.... wondering about that 12 month garuntee.....

This is way better and lighter than the previous cat robot litter box I had. But it gets stuck a lot. If the door that dumps the waist out in the back of the unit has any type of debris in it because it’s not properly releasing it or dropping it into the trash bag then it goes off-line and it won’t empty regularly. So I find myself having to open the back a lot and empty it out even though it’s not full a little frustrating The app is a separate type of app that you actually download to use. It doesn’t really give directions on any app that it’s supposed to come with or that you’re supposed to use other than what I had already used for my previous little robot and I use my dog feeder for the same app so there aren’t very many options in the app to like use your phone to clean it and the previous litter robot. I had I was able to schedule cleanings every say hour or what have you just to prevent my dog from getting in it so a lot of deficiencies that could be better with it but I’m appreciating that I can use it other than that it can be a hassle sometimes because it can go off-line a lot.

The good news is the product does as described with one exception. It says it connects to 5Ghz wifi. This is a lie. It will only connect with a 2.4 Ghz wifi. Using the app was a major reason I went with this. I will keep them because they are very good otherwise and my cat seems to have accepted them. The dealer does need to take that off their product description.

This litter box is pretty easy to set up, although you will need 2.4 WiFi. I have both, I was able to get it all set up and connected to the app on 2.4 but I can still use the app and get notifications after switching back to 5. Also, I couldn't get get tuya app to connect but the Smart life app worked. My cat has been fine using it, although he doesn't understand why it turns on and spins every time he goes. He always has to come back and stick his head in it to watch. It did fill up in just under two weeks, for one cat. My only complaint is that the cord is fairly short (see my second picture, the cord is covered by the bat rug so I don't trip on it).

I love his! It's the most efficient automatic litter box I've used for my multi-cat household. All but one of the cats took to it right away but he always takes a while to accept new things. It's fairly quiet and there is no smell!
