    • Great reliable product for a great price
I absolutely love this product, it takes all the work out of remembering to clean out the litter box! We have 5 cats and it keeps up with them all! The bags were a little tricky at first to put on and stay on but that was more because we hadn’t read the instructions. Once we did the bags stay on very well, and there so easy to take care of. We will absolutely be getting a second one! Best automatic litter box that we have ever bought! ... show more

    • Great for multiple cats
This works perfectly for me. I like that the bag is accessible from the top instead of via a drawer underneath. My kittens had no trouble adjusting from their tray litter pan to this. The oder function eliminates dust and oder. I liked the first one so much I bought a second one. I have 4 kittens and 2 of these litter boxes works great- I change the bags every 2 or 3 days. It’s so easy! Great product! ... show more

    • Garbage
Actual garbage. The automatic function doesn’t even work, it has to be manually triggered to initiate the emptying process. And that was like, the whole reason for the purchase. When it does empty the barrel it doesn’t even get all of the waste, so it’s not completely emptying it. It does not have an automatic shut off function so if a cat walked in while it was moving, it wouldn’t stop. The whole thing in general is just terribly assembled, there were broken parts sent to me that don’t fit properly into their slots, the lid doesn’t close properly, and the trash bags aren’t secured properly (no matter how hard I tie it or fit it on there) so every time there’s a cycle, the bag comes undone and litter and waste spills everywhere inside the lid, then the litter spills outside through the cracks. Even after properly following the instructions during the set up process, the issues were glaringly obvious. Don’t waste your money on this. ... show more

    • Great for the price!
Great value and great product! Our older cat wasn’t sure at first, but some attracting cat litter helped. Easy setup, easy app usage! I researched for weeks and ultimately decided on this product.

    • Pro Well made and works as advertised. Con- very messy and time consuming.
I stopped using this product after one month. It works fine but the only place that you could use this is outside. I had to vacuum the floor daily because cat litter gets literally everywhere. There was litter in different rooms from being tracked on the bottom of feet. It was not worth buying. I ended up buying a 20 dollar box with a cover. I do not recommend this product. ... show more

    • Pre purchase information
The product itself works great and the cat is learning to use it regularly. However when ordering I don't recall seeing it is preferred to be placed on hardware flooring and not carpeted areas. Therefore I did not find this out until I was putting it together. My issue is I only had carpeted areas to put the product. ... show more
