    • Spend a little more and get a well known brand.
Litter box worked fine for the first few weeks. Then it started glitching out. It’s not durable enough for heavier litters which requires you to keep less litter than the “fill line” in the litter box. We’ve kept it well maintained and clean but it seems to be having more and more issues. It will lose its track and just keep popping in place instead of rotating and eventually get stuck upside down so my cats have nowhere to use the restroom if we are out of the house and do not catch it for hours. The unit was pretty overpriced for how generic it seems to have been made. I wish I would have spent a little more or chosen a different brand. Avoid if you can. ... show more

    • Works great yet too small for 14 lb. Cat.
It works great. Only downside is that it is for smaller cats. My 14 lb. Nico doesn’t fit inside. Thankfully I have another self-cleaning litter box that has a much larger opening. His 8 lb sister fits fine and prefers it to the larger one. (I have 3 cats, hence the two boxes).

    • I couldn't get it to work.
No matter what I tried, it was stuck on cleaning mode. I did all of the troubleshooting steps including unplugging it, relining the litter drawer 3:00 to 4 times even though it was empty. I cleaned the sensors several times. It would send me error messages to my phone every 30 seconds. I didn't even have it in my house set up for 24 hours before I got sick of it and I'm returning it. When it's cleaning, it beeps. It beeps a lot. I put it in kitten mode which is supposed to prevent it from auto cleaning but it didn't work. My cats refused to use it. It didn't work for me. The one benefit that I found is that it's easy and fairly intuitive to put together. It just didn't work for me. I normally don't submit bad reviews. But I don't and I can't recommend this device. ... show more
