Super fast shipping and no damage. Easy to install and setup with a little help and a great value for the money. It is heavy so get help. I initially installed 3" casters on it until I could arrange its spot in the shop. I ended up taking those off once setup since it made the machine 4" higher. The dual assist arms are a blessing and make for a superior product. I was too excited to take pictures. I'll see if I can update this review later.

Assembly was tricky with since they don't send directions only a picture but works good once put together, bout 50 tires in and no issues yet

I bought this machine for my home shop to change tires on all my vehicles since one visit to a tire dealer cost $100 or more for mounting and balancing 4 tires. The idea is that the machine pays for itself. All has been fine until today. I went to change my brothers tire on a 22 inch rim only to find the machine will not outside clamp a 22 inch rim. Not even close. As advertised, the machine is suppose to accept up to a 22 inch rim using outside clamping and up to 24 inches inside. Outside clamping is for alloy rims and inside clamping is for steel rims. Anyway, I had to clamp inside of the rim causing some damage to the wheel from the cleats. Then getting the tire off was a whole other ordeal. The spoon bar that came with the machine is completely useless. I had to use 2 longer HF bars and even then bent the bar trying to get the bead over the duckbill. This machine struggled to get the bead over the rim and to rotate the assembly to remove the tire. If I had known this from day one I would not have made this purchase. Otherwise, I have been happy with the machine.
