I bought this product because it has decent reviews and I wanted to try a different automatic litter box however I would strongly advise NOT buying it. The poop bin is tiny and when it gets full, it does not reset to the litter so my cats have been pooping outside the litter box. I’ve never had this issue before with an automatic litter box. Also, the functionality of this litter box is awful. There has been two instances within less than a month of having this where the litter box just keeps cleaning and cleaning and not resetting to the litter which has also caused my cats to poop outside the litter box. I had to manually turn the drum to reset. You have to leave the machine unplugged for more than a few mins. More like hours for it to reset. Maybe this litter box would be decent if you have one cat but DO NOT PURCHASE if you have multiple cats.

First of all, it's a great product and it does work well. However I have a 14 lb cat and he does not like it at all. He will poop in it but he will not pee in it. It's been 30 days and last night I finally emptied his old litter box to see what would happen and he peed on the floor three times. To be fair, he is a rescue and 7 years old, I guess it's not for all cats.
