Why did you pick this product vs others?: Getting this thing out of the box and set up was reasonably straightforward. The instructions provided were helpful enough to get it running without any major issues. My cat was curious, maybe a little wary at first, but eventually started to use it. It’s a fairly large unit, so you'll want to measure your space beforehand. The cleaning cycle appears to work as intended. Being able to connect it to an app is a modern touch and lets you monitor its activity. We used our standard clumping litter and it seems to be compatable, which is very convenent. Got this unit recently and set it up without too much trouble. The instructions were clear enough and the app connected without issues. My cat was a bit unsure at first but eventually got used to it. It handles basic cleaning tasks pretty well, at least for one cat. Not too noisy, which is a plus. It does take up a bit of floor space though, so might not be ideal for tight corners. The bags included fit fine, haven't tried others yet. Still watching how it does over time, but nothing major to complain about so far. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made my youngest Cat started using it first day my other cat started using the next day. Only problem I have is my youngest cat thinks it’s a toy. She likes to get inside and get out to make it turn.

I’ve only been using this two days for multiple cats. I love it. No looking at poop or having to scoop it out. When I cleaned the box. Grabbed the bag, threw it in the garbage. I don’t know if I’m missing something but the app does not show where to see the cats weight. I’m not happy about this because that was one of the main reasons I bought it.

Don’t buy! We have two cats and they both will use this box BUT it keeps getting stuck when it’s supply to be “scooping”. That’s not even the worse part. After it’s stuck all day once you come home from work your house smells of cat droppings.
