The media could not be loaded. I love this auto- litter box. It's the best purchase I've made so far this year.. jinx is 2yrs old and had no problem using this new litter box right from the start. He was curious the first day and wouldn't stay out of it and of course everytime he goes in, it thinks he's going potty and does a cleaning when all he's doing is snooping around at his new bathroom..I also love the app. You can program just exactally how you need this thing to work for your needs. I just wish the weight was in lbs. And not grams and the time was regular and not military. Other than that...>•< WE LOVE IT.

Set up was a little difficult due to confusing directions but it seems to be working. We have 2 cats and one of them took to it right away. The app notifies us when it’s used. The bag holds a lot of waste without any noticeable odor. We are hoping the other cat will use it too.

We just brought kitties home last night. I love that the app tell the weight of the cat so I can tell who is going potty and how often. So far, odor is non existent even when I’m right next to it. The box is quiet and doesn’t disturb the kittens. I love the app and all the information it shares. It is a bit large, but worth it for the convince. So far, definitely worth the price and we’re happy to have the tech for this level of pricing!

Cats are wonderful, but cleaning litter boxes, especially with multiple cats is a chore I’d rather not have. Now I don’t have to! Very easy to set up and get working, and there’s utube videos you can find if you’re not understanding some! The design provides safety for our cats: No pinch points and a very effective sensor that stops the action when the cat pokes its head in the drum. And they will because the device doubles as a toy as they enjoy watching the cleaning process. The ingenious design requires you to only add litter, install a fresh bag, and remove the bag once full. We have been going about four days before changing bags with our two cats. I love the odor removal step as the odor of the box is minimal. I am so pleased with the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received. I sent them a chat, immediately sent my question and they responded the next day via email.I highly recommend and plan on getting another one soon.
