I'm getting older and bending down everyday to clean the litter box was doing a number, especially getting home from working all day made it more daunting. This thing is WONDERFUL and nowhere near expensive as the name-brand. Highly recommend. Literally in under 2 minutes my cat gets out and it self cleans. Quiet and not litter specific. He took to it right away. My only complaint is I wish there was a swinging door to fully eliminate the smell of litter. Worth every penny, you won't regret it.

Very bad do not buy it doesn’t get all the urine out. And it stays in there. If you don’t clean it. It will give off ammonia smell. Which deadly for cats and humans. A waste of money.

I've been using this for a few months now. These poopy pics are after about 10 days use, with one cat. First tip, when trying to connect the unit to Wi-Fi, click on the WORDS under the Wi-Fi symbol, not the lighted Wi-Fi symbol itself. That wasn't apparent to me in the setup instructions. I had to contact support and at the time, they were out of the country and it took a while to resolve. Pros Regular automatic scooping, and odor control. Entertainment for kitty. Easy to empty the used litter and replace the bag. I love the litter mat that cleans their paws and traps the litter. It's genius and simple. 3 sides are sewing together, so you can pour the open edge into the garbage. It's made of a foam plastic so it washes easily too. The tub is sleek and looks great. The app is great and provides lots of information including his weight. I can even monitor when I'm away from home. Cons My cat goes a lot. I have to empty the bag every 2 - 3 days. As you can see from the photos, just because it automatically scoops, doesn't mean there's no cleaning involved. Sometimes the litter sticks to the bottom. Sometimes the clumps are too big to fit in the slot which transfers the waste into the bag. There's usually skid marks on the sides. I use clay litter, maybe a different type would be more absorbent? Read the instructions carefully, only certain types of litter work. You need a proper place to hose the tub down. You could probably use a laundry tub, but it's messy. I have a rock area which works well outside. You have to roll the tub around to get all the nooks and kranies washed. Plus you need to thoroughly dry it before adding litter. I'm in Arizona, so it's usually dry and sunny. But in colder rainy or snowy weather, this would need to be done indoors. While the tub is light weight, it's a bit awkward to clean and feels like a bit of a workout. I think the old fashioned manual litter box is honestly less work. But, I do like the odor control and there's less litter mess in the surrounding area. Overall, I think it's well made. It also has a do not disturb feature so you can turn off the cleaning cycle so you don't hear it turning and dumping in the middle of the night. Re poop, my cat has loose stools. I'm still trying to figure that out. No worms, but maybe a food sensitivity. So cats with normal bowl movements, probably won't have as much mess with the skid marks.

Edit… the thing stopped rotating. I emailed the company and after several days they emailed back. They essentially told me that I had to provide a video to show them the problem even after I explained it very clearly several times. I explained I didn’t have the ability to send a video and they explained to me how to make a video. The company is SLOW to respond. It was days before they responded to each of my emails. I have communicated better with companies over seas. Then I told them I put it away and they continued to insist I send them a video. Finally after several emails I told them I threw it out. No reason to keep it round if it doesn’t work and I have not heard from them again. They never provided me with any help and only speculated as to what the problem was. TERRIBLE customer service. I loved the product when it was working but if you have any problems and you need help you probably will not get it. It’s really a shame when companies don’t have good customer service and don’t appreciate their customers. May other products value their customers more and I would rather support those companies. Love... I debated and looked at a lot of products before I bought this unit. Now my only question is why did I wait. I would probably give up a body part for this. I add litter to it when it gets low and change the bag when it gets full and that it is it. I do have to loosen the poop on the bottom from time to time but those times are few and far in between. It has changed my life. The cats took no time getting adjusted. I had to try and keep them out when I was setting it up. There is really no smell. I have it in my living room and you would not be able to tell. I wish I could find bigger litter because a lot of the litter goes into the bag. I changed to a different litter when I bought this and it has been great. They track some litter but its no where near as bad as it was before. I think some litter tracking is to be expected. It functions great and a great value for the money. I wish there was a little light in there so I could see better when I am trying to clean. I wish it was a little big less wide so I could tuck it away but that is my only complaint. I would buy this again and again and again and I tell everyone who has cats they need one.
