Love it! I’ve had this litter box for about 3 weeks now, and if you’re thinking about getting but not sure, get it. We got it due to our cat peeing outside her box, this litter box made her stop almost immediately, This litter box is incredibly easy to clean. And is quiet. I will say within first putting it together I was nervous I was gunna have to return it because it kept on throwing a “gravity anti-pinch” warning and couldn’t figure it out looked up the product it’s self to see what the code means, even tried to see if it was something other people struggled with it, I come to find out I put too much litter in the box. Love the functionality and not having to change the litter by hand any more. The cats had no problem adapting to it. Taking away a couple of stars because the app is Chinese translated English and even though I signed up for text messaging ($3/month) to receive notifications, I never received them if the device went offline or threw an error, causing it to not be usable. This caused the cats to find alternate places to go to the bathroom around the house. Now I manuall check it every day or 2 even though it's down in the basement. Since there is an app and it logs activity, it should auto-notify if an error is detected or reported without having to pay an extra fee for such service. Shop around, the price is good for this, but better ones are out there with more reliable functionality! ... show more

We bought 2, one for us and one for a gift. The gift one lasted about a month and ours made it for 8 months. We clean it twice a week and wipe everything down and vacuum around all moving parts. It gotten to the point were we can not last a day and its always off line. Cannot trust it for even a weekend away because it gets caught up and get partway through a cleaning and pauses or wont fully cycle.
