This extra large litter box really is extra large! Measure your space to be sure this huge litter box will fit. It is lightweight and fairly easy to handle, even with litter inside, although it can get too heavy if it gets too full. Lasts several weeks with one cat. It comes with a scooper but I found a huge scooper that works better with this huge litter box. Would be great for multiple cats, it’s a little large for only one.

I have 2 cats that are very large and I kept finding a mess right beside their catpans that were happening when they were going to the bathroom simply because they were too large for our catpans. I had been using a "giant" sized one, that was simply not giant enough, so when I saw this extra large and had an easy way in I had to get it. One of our girls is a senior kitty that I thought the easy way in looked helpful for, and it really is. This is the largest cat pan I've ever seen and most walls are high up, besides the one that is low to make getting into it easier. They haven't had any mess so far with it, and I am thrilled. It is not very easy to dump since it is so big and holds a lot of litter, but the benefits of no mess outside the litter pan makes it worth it. It is a smooth plastic, which makes it very easy to clean and quickly. I think this is definitely the best pan for overly large cats, especially if they need a low side to safely get in and out. I am so glad we got this pan, I just wish I'd have found it sooner.

Broke on second day. The rake would not complete it's cycle. Rake would come halfway down and stop. And would not rake up litter.

The Yssail Extra Large Cat Litter Box is the largest kitty litter box I have ever seen. First of all, it is made of hard molded plastic and is literally the size of a 30 gallon storage container. All of the edges are rounded and the interior is smooth for easy scooping and cleaning. Three of the sides are very high and the entrance is a couple inches higher than normal, requiring kitty to make a little jump to enter. So if you have small kittens or an elderly cat that doesn't jump so well, this might not be a good option. I ordered this litter box because I am tired of continually cleaning kitty litter off the floor and am hoping this might help to resolve some of the issue. My kitty liked the box right off the bat, so I had no issues getting her to use it. The high sides make her feel secure and happy and the little jump to get inside is no issue for her, as she is only one year old. The high sides and higher entrance wall do keep litter in the box while she digs and digs and digs for the perfect spot to go. However, jumping out still spreads a little bit of litter, but not as bad as before. Therefore, I have combined this box with a special litter catching mat and have found that between the two, I can sweep once a week as compared to every day, so that is a huge improvement. That said, this litter box is LARGE and literally takes a bucket of litter to fill it to the appropriate level and will take more litter than normal to keep it at the level where it needs to be so you are not having to scrape stuff off the bottom. As I have only one cat, that requires quite a bit of litter on a fairly regular basis. So this may be something you need to consider if you are on a budget. However, if you have multiple cats and are having issue with them going to the bathroom in places other than the litter box because the litter boxes get too dirty, too fast, this might be a great option for you, as it would take a while to fill this up. Overall, the high sides and higher entrance wall of this sturdy and well constructed litter box works great for keeping kitty litter in the box, but the cost of keeping the kitty litter at the appropriate level might be really excessive for some. Furthermore, the higher entrance could be challenging for elderly cats or kittens to use. But, I think this is a great option of for multi-cat homes where it is hard to keep boxes clean. Nevertheless, , the Yssail Extra Large Cat Litter Box is exactly as advertised, sturdy, well made, and worth the price point. Five stars.

Plugged it in, nothing works. Just flashes blue. Door doesn't open. Cant even put litter in. I'll update the review if it starts working.... Update. Had to take apart the pedestal. The pedal was stuck. Seems to be working now. Cats still haven't used it.
