This thing ran literally for 4 days. Now the light is red which according to the manual means the collection drawer needs to be emptied. It’s 100% empty. Won’t reset. Won’t run. I’m incredibly disappointed and out a couple hundred bucks 🤬

The media could not be loaded. I went from having 1 kitten to 2 and I couldn’t keep up with the normal litter box scooping. Especially with work and school it was hard to stay on top of. I had been doing research on good auto litter boxes but all of them were super expensive. It is still an investment but I am so grateful that I made it. Both my cats took to it instantly and love watching it spin. It also looks super sleek and is great for people with sensitive noses. I highly recommend this. Super easy to set up and use. One week in and I am happy with our decision! I researched and read many reviews, so I knew what to expect. For the price I’m impressed! We have two females and they both use it! I like that it reminds us (via the app) to empty the bag out and keeps the history of use/ cleaning. Our girls go quite a lot throughout their day. I also liked that you can use any type of clumping litter. Something I suggest if you have skiddish cats is to get it connected to the app and turn off the sounds. You can also determine how soon after the cat leaves you want the box to self clean, which I like, and you can manually clean the litter or dump all the litter with the app! The media could not be loaded. We have 3 cats, one 8 weeks and two 8 years old. The smell and frequency of the normal litter box was out of control. I read several reviews, looked at dimensions, tried the find the best one for the different sizes and our space as we have a very small place for it. I was also a little hesitant because this was on the cheaper side of the ones I found. Decided to go for it and the set up was super easy, the size was compact enough for my space but big enough for the older cats and not too big for the baby. If you have a kitten you do need to keep it on sleep mode and not use auto until they get bigger in case it doesn’t register, but that’s ok. The app makes that easy to do. I just notice if they have used it when I walk by, open the app, hit shovel and it does its thing. I recommend staying until it’s done in case the kitten tries to get in and doesn’t trip the sensor, but it doesn’t take long. It holds the litter well and doesn’t waste it when dumping, was shocked when it worked to clear the little poop from the kitten. I don’t smell the box yet and haven’t cleared what’s pictured in my photos. There is a deodorizer compartment which helps as well. I think over all I’m beyond happy with it and super glad to have spent the money. Peace of mind is amazing! Haven’t had it long, but I’m hopefully it will continue to be a good purchase! ... show more

Just put it together. My cat used it right away though it started to spin while he was still in it. If you have 5G wifi you can't use the app. It only runs on 2G.

I love my new automatic litter box. The cleaning function is quiet and there is minimal debris outside the entrance due to the raised design. Currently placed in the middle of my living room and no one even knows it’s a poop box.
