I debated on buying this litter box for a long time; I thought it would probably not be as good as the more expensive ones but I was so WRONG!!! It works perfectly and the app was easy to set up on my phone. I have two Maine Coons, one Ragdoll and one Tabby and they all use it. I ended up buying another one so I would not have to empty the bag as often. Do not be apprehensive about buying this. It is just as good as the expensive ones!!

Got this for my cat when we went on a 2 week vacation. It wasn't too bad to set up and it worked well when we were gone on vacation, but then about a week after we got home it didn't properly clean the waste. It would let me know when my cat used it, it would run the clean cycle, but it wouldn't pick up any waste. I played around with different things to see if it would work, but I had to start scooping the waste by hand. The smell was also terrible!!! The 30 day return window had just closed a few days before, but I was able to get a full refund. Great concept of a product, but Wouldn't recommend this product due to smell and not correctly picking up waste after a few weeks. Let me also add.. they sent me a European version even though I'm from the US and ordered a US one. So I had to buy a European to US adapter.

Works but you are going to need to scrub this every few weeks or so. Pee clumps near the opening stick to the box and won't fall into the opening for disposal. Sound, use, and looks are great though.

At $300 it's well worth the cost. It's good for 2 average size cats. I would not recommend it if you have a larger cat as the entrance and bin is not a large as the name-brand box. My 16lb cat can get in and turn around, but just barely. I do wish the chinese manufacturers of items would have an English speaking person write their manuals and app notifications. The poorly translated text is somewhat laughable.

I got this in May and it worked great the first two weeks or so but then it just stopped. It will turn and acknowledge that there is waste but when it finishes there still urine and poop present. I’ve tried a million different litters to see if that was the issue and it still never gets everything. The urine will get stuck to the bottom on the container and you have to manually scoop it to get it out. One of the biggest issues is the smell, it doesn’t matter what litter I use, the smell is always there - the trash bag fills up a quarter and it just smells like a regular litter box. You have to change out the bag pretty often - maybe every 2-3 days which other litter boxes you don’t have to do it as often. It also will dump clean litter into the bag so you lose a good amount of litter when it “cleans”. The sifter also isn’t flush to the box so it will collect poop when it turns sometimes and it’s never really clean. Save your money - unfortunately it’s too late for me to return this but it’s a waste of $300

This is the first automatic litter box I've ever owned. I've wanted one for a long time but was always turned off by the price. I decided to give this one a try since it was priced well, and even though there were only a handful of reviews, they were all good. I've had this for a couple of weeks now and I've been very happy with it, so much so that I've ordered a second one. I have three average sized cats and there's plenty of room in the box for them. It's so much cleaner than a traditional litter box and it seems that I'm not using as much litter. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is considering an automatic box

After 6 months of trouble I am hoping to get a refund for this terrible cat litter box. It is too small, it makes a mess by spilling the sand out every time it empties. The waste trap is small and most of the waste will not go into the bag, so I then have to sift it out. It holds only about 8 cups of sand And dumps out about 2 cups on every cycle. I am so disappointed with this thing. I do not recommend it. Going to go back to the old style litter box.
