I have only had this a couple months but like it so far. I love the bottom load and having the option of tap, cold or hot water. Love the buttons on the top. Much less bending over and hurting my back. Looks nice and fits well in my space. I would have liked instructions to learn how to use it but I figured it out.

I'm so unhappy. The hot water taste and smells like plastic. I cleaned it with "citric acid nothing else" and ran several gallons of water through it. I purposely ordered this for the hot water. I can't even use it! I did everything the instructions said to do to clean it. I give up!! I would like a full refund. Please let me know what I have to do to send this back and get my money back.

Everything about the cooler is great except the shelf that you put your cup on in order to get your your water be at hot or cold. It’s too small should be wider cup doesn’t fit under there properly.
