This water cooler is very quiet thankfully! It provides nice cold and hot water every time it has dispensed so far and only took about 5 min to get the water hot or cold. It does also have a room temperature button as well for those that do not want really cold water. It is easy to set up using a long wand and tubing that goes directly into the water bottle that reaches the bottom of the bottle. It also has a light on the front to let you know when the water needs to be changed. I'm ok with the safety feature of the hot water button. If you have little ones, they will not get burnt when they touch that button. It takes a little more skills to move the red slider and press the hot water button at the same time. But it is very easy for adults to do. I really like the bottom load of the water bottle. It really saves on the back and shoulders. Having this here really does help me to drink more water and the bottled water tastes great. It doesn't take up too much space. I think it is a very good value for the money. We haven't had the experience with the self-cleaning part yet. But if I see anything weird about that, then I will come back and give an update.

Read the instructions. Make sure to let it sit upright and leave it as recommended. Remove the water bottle cap completely before inserting the nozzle. Put the bottle inside and close the door. Let it sit and wait for the water to fill inside. It will take a bit to get hot and cold water but not too long. Knowing the water is cleaned, I enjoy drinking it more. Very quiet. This was one of the most reasonably priced self cleaning model out there.

After three days of receiving text messages from Fedex that they had been unable to deliver this water cooler to a business which, apparently was always closed, and Fedex would not tell me where this business was, I finally received the water cooler on February 23, 2026, remarkably the day they promised delivery. I can only assume Gleedelish contacted Fedex to correct the delivery problem. I must say that the manufacturer in China did a terrific job in packaging and protecting the cooler. I was worried because the box had several tears and indentations probably from Fedex handling for over three days before delivery, but the cooler was in perfect shape. After unpacking, I then followed the instructions to let the cooler sit in place for 24 hrs to let the compressor coolant stabilize and the unit warm up to room temperature since it was very cold when delivered. The following day I followed the instructions to run a cleaning cycle thru the internal parts to avoid any chemical taste from the factory cleaning process. I placed a 5 gallon water bottle in the cooler and waited about an hour to have the water heat up and cooled. The first thing I noticed is that this unit is extremely quiet when water is being heated, cooled and drawn from the bottle. I was surprised to see the add water light come on, which on other machines, only comes on and stays on, when the bottle is empty, but on this machine it not only does that, but comes on when its pulling water from the bottle and turns off when the upper holding tank is full. Since the water pump is soo quiet, this I found to be a good indicator when the pump was running. The hot water is hot and the cold water is cold, the room temperature water was cooler than expected, but not a problem. Overall, I find this cooler to be an excellent machine and the self cleaning UV light is a real bonus for sanitation purposes. I only gave it 4 stars because of the delivery screw-ups but the machine itself is a 5 star performer so far. I recommend it.

I am pretty happy with the machine and the water tastes great! It is a little noisy at times. We have had issues with a IFG blowing but we live in an older house so I think it’s just the wiring in the house.
