The chair came quickly and was easy to put together. I had to tighten the screws a 2nd time realizing they were coming out. It wiggles a lot and it squeaks terrible. Not a great chair for an office with clients and speaker phone calls. The seat cushion is thin and not sturdy. I sat down and knew instantly it wasn't going to last for me. After a year and one month I couldn't take it anymore and bought a more expensive higher quality chair. I'd call this a ladies chair only and small ladies at that. Blue fuzzy chair. Like all these office chairs they're severely overpriced and cheaply made with products from china. However, this one has a good base and a good lift mechanism that isn't an eyesore. I needed a chair w/a 22" lift for a black bedroom desk. It is comfortable, the lift is great, and it has good back support for an average (American) size woman. I would not recommend it for a big guy. The fabric on this is thin, so I will lay some woven cloth mats across it. The tricky part is putting the arms on. Don't tighten the screws until they're ALL in, then continue to tighten each sequentially until they're all tight. The arms hold the back on, so you have to brace it against something. You might try putting the screws on the back part first, then prop it up with your knee or something and put in the side screws. I recommend laying the screws out by size like they are in the diagram. If you follow the order, they go from smallest to largest. Mechanically I believe it will last, but since the fabric is thin you may want to put a protector on it or cover it with something to make it last. ... show more

The chair is very well packed. The instructions could be better written - hard to tell which bolt to use in which part of the assembly. However, I figured it out without a translator! Purchased this chair as a replacement for a cheaper, box store rolling desk chair. I have a WFH job so I spend a lot of time in this chair. It’s definitely not as comfy as I remember them making out to be. I have a ton of aches and pains when I’m finished with the day. It is taller and wider than a standard rolling chair. My husband assembled it, so it must have not been difficult. However 6 months later and it’s already rocking side to side. Buying a chair for larger people should have resolved this issue, I would think. Still, I’m 5/5’ and able to sit criss cross applesauce in it and plop into it. However I do wish the seat was a tad bit lengthier. ... show more
