Had some issues with Delivery! But got the chair. Beautiful and comfortable. Had one once before as a gaming chair, same kind but bought it from walmart. I used to fall asleep in it all the time. Now i have it for work! One of the best chairs for the cheapest price you can get! If you want a more comfortable chair then this..... your looking at about 300 bucks. Which is next on my list! It comes with its own screws and washers. The manual is self explanatory however you do kinda gotta play the guessing game. It's pretty simple! match the screws up with the ones in diagram. It comes with an Alan wrench. Your hand might be a bit tired tho. I advise to tighten them with super lock tight or gorilla glue so they never come unloose. And gorilla glue the bolt covers on. Keep in mind if you use gorilla glue..... they will never come off. Lol. But as far as tighting it.... do not over tighten it. Tighten enough to where you have to put some pressure on it to turn it half way and stop. Another tip, it's a bit of a pain to set it up with one person. If you got an extra set of hands... use em. If not.... you might be their for a bit. Start with setting up base. Then put arms on seat. (Keep bolts loose but screwed in. You'll see why later when you tighten them down) Then attach back to arms and seat. (Now make sure bolts are in holes and tighten them down. But not at once! Do about 4 turns, move to another one. Then the other side. It's like tightening lug nuts on the wheel of a car. If you tighten one all the way down it will throw all the other bolts off and make it much more difficult to ease the bolts into the holes they go in) Then attach seat to base. Believe me. It's way easier if you do it like that instead of how the installation instructions say. After that, put the caps on the holes to cover the bolts. If you don't glue them, they will pop off ..... their not..... super good. But!!!! 1 or 2 drops of gorilla glue and you never have to worry about them popping off. (They seem like they go on their tight, but they don't stay on!)

Bought this chair Aug 2023 and as i come up on 3 years with this chair i can say i absolutely love this chair. i bought this chair when i was having very bad back pain and assuming my old chair was to small i decided to purchase it. Zero complaints about this chair at all, no rips, cuts or broken parts. The chair does have some cracking but that's because I'm fat so its a lot for the chair to hold on a daily bases. I give this chair a lot of props for removing my back pain considering my back pain was due to a popped gallbladder that was infected.. If you are reading reviews and looking for a good chair that's worth the money just get this. Its easy to assemble & it has great stability AND most importantly it holds the weight of myself.. I'm built like a butter ball turkey..

Nice chair but definitely not breathable.

Once I figured out the arms had a left and right...the chair was easy to put together. The faux leather is nice. The seat is (or will be once I break it in) very comfortable. I have 2 minor complaints. It is extremely straight up and down. I haven't had much chance to play with it to see if I can get it to recline even an inch. That would help. And number two, it's HOT. I'm going to have to get some sort of seat pad because the pleather is not breathable and every time I get up my bum is sweaty. I know, TMI. But all in all I think it will serve my purposes.

I was on the fence about this chair because of some of the reviews saying it came torn, bolts not fitting, etc. But I did see some good reviews, decided to give it a try. This is a super nice chair! It isn't soft with alot of cushion, it's more firm, but in a good way. It feels amazing on the lower back, and the high back is nice too. Also it glides easy on carpet, has a wide wheel base that makes it sturdier than some, and the PU (fake leather) feels thick as well. Reclining is also great as it tilts back pretty far. In all, this is en excellent chair for the price!

I didn't like them at first because I'm not good at putting things together. I called a friend, who came over and within 2 hours, we had all 6 put together. I have gotten soooo many compliments on them. Now, I loved my OLD ones which were mid-back, these are high-back, so I have to get used to them. I've even had offers to buy them from me for what I paid for them....but I'm keeping them because I realize they're sturdier than my old ones. AND were so easy to put together once I got a man involved...haha

I purchased the Homall Office Chair in March of 2022, with high expectations of comfort and functionality. I liked how the chair looked, its price point, and it received positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with this chair has been underwhelming, to say the least. Several issues, ranging from poor quality to difficult assembly, have left me deeply dissatisfied with my purchase. Let's start with the assembly process, which was an absolute nightmare. The instructions provided were not terrible, but not great either. It took me significantly longer than anticipated to assemble this chair, and I consider myself fairly handy. If you're not well-versed in putting together furniture, you may find yourself extremely frustrated. Another significant issue I encountered was with the chair's hydraulic cylinder. It has already started failing, causing the chair to slowly sink, regardless of the adjustment settings. This rendered the height adjustment feature useless and made for an uncomfortable seating position. I expected a durable and reliable chair, but sadly, this was not the case. The armrests were also a major disappointment. They started to deform and indent where my elbows and arms sit. The rest of the chair is fine. I can sit it in all day, so that is a positive. I mainly lean a bit forward and don't have time to lounge backward. On top of all these issues, the Homall Office Chair proved to be quite noisy. Whenever I shifted my weight or made any slight movements, the chair emitted creaking and squeaking sounds. Not only was it an annoyance, but it also disrupted my concentration while working and is embarrassing on conference calls. Having such a distracting and low-quality chair in a professional environment is disappointing. If I read this review I would have a couple of questions about the reviewer. I am 6'3" but well below the recommended weight. I review plans and specs as part of my job, so I am good with instructions. My hobby is woodworking which requires skill and a calm demeanor. Yes, I did retighten any connectors that became loose through normal wear and tear. I should have spent more money on a quality chair since I am now looking to purchase a different chair 1 year later. I would advise others to take that into consideration. Spend a little more and keep less junk out of our landfills.

I don't love this chair. I wanted a comfortable, cushy chair that I could tilt easily. The padding seems too stiff for me and the tilt is anything but easy on the loosest setting. This may loosen up over time, but I'm just not comfortable enough sitting in it to give it that time. The seat depth seems to be less than advertised and the lumbar support may be a positive for some people, but not me. Positives for the chair is that it looks nice and is sturdy.
