Took my husband 30 minutes to install. He said it's the easiest chair to put together. Maybe we get one that the bolts and knots fit together just right. I feel the arched back gives me very good support. Cushion feels just right: not too soft or too hard. Very easy to move around from one working area to another. Love the price. Hope it will last a few years. I am a small woman and afraid it may be too small for a big and/or large person.

This is the third one of these chairs I have picked up in the last 3 years and all of them are still holding up perfectly. No complaints at all. They are sturdy, built with good quality materials, and provide decent back support. I spend long hours at my desk and these chairs make it easier to get through the day without feeling stiff or worn out. Setup is straightforward and quick. You do not need to wrestle with complicated parts or spend hours on instructions. For the price, it is a great deal. Comfortable, durable, and reliable - pretty much everything you want in an office chair without overpaying.

When I received my package it looked as though the box had been opened and taped back up. Thinking it was probably just additional tape to help support the box, I opened the box. The first thing I noticed was the package of screws, etc. had been opened and taped back up. I was able to see through the package that, with the “spare” pieces, all the screws were there. I also noticed usage marks on the Allen wrench and the tops of some of the screws. Since I needed the chair and couldn’t wait for another, I assembled the chair. The chair assembled completely with no missing pieces/parts and with no visible damage to it. I won’t be sending the chair back but am annoyed that I paid for a new chair and received a used one. Knocking off stars for this reason.

The chair is a chair, nothing special about it, it works fine. Not the most comfortable but I wasn’t really looking for comfort when I bought it. The only problem I had was with the arms, I wasn’t able to get one of the bolts in on the back, one of the holes wasn’t aligned properly, it doesn’t effect the use, it’s just one bolt but it’s worth mentioning. Other than that everything went smoothly.

Although I did not put it together, the person that did, did not even need the instructions. It was easy to put together and works great for the price I paid. It has good cushioning but does squeak slightly so may not be perfectly sturdy (though this may be due to the lack of instructions when putting it together lol). I got the white chair and it looks great!! Overall I would recommend, I've enjoyed using it. Only complaint is the squeak.
