This chair is great. This chair definitely punches above it's weight for the price. I am around 5'10" for reference and my gf is about the same. It is extremely comfortable for me and my gf. The headrest is actually comfortable, unlike most other ergo chairs. The headrest can go very low for shorter people, and high for taller people. The adjustable lumbar is great. Other chairs ive used either stick out too far and end up hurting more than helping, or don't stick out far enough so you need an extra pillow. This chair's lumbar is adjustable enough that it fits perfect for me, a person with back pain after a pretty physically intensive job. The entire construction is very sturdy. My last ergo chair broke where the backrest bolted to the press-wood seat pan. This chair has a solid frame that won't have that issue. It also has all the features I have been wanting in a chair. Flip up arms, because I have limited space. A pull out footrest for when I want to lay back watching videos or gaming. An actually usable headrest. Comfortable with lumbar support. Also, the custo.er support is amazing. I emailed them after my purchase about the included offer of either a free seat cushion or a free set of roller blade wheels that they included in the box. I took the wheels and received them after a few days. They also activated a 2 year warranty for me while I was at it. They responded fast and with courtesy. I would definitely buy from this company again. This is a great chair.

Just received this chair yesterday. From my standpoint it is a quality product, easy to assemble, comfortable, lots of adjustments from the arms, headrest, leg / footrest extension, height, and recline. When you put it together there are options for assembly based on your height as well. This chair is a perfect fit for me. I thought about getting a Herman Miller but overall I feel this was a better choice.

FIrst, the packaging was just so-- every component carefully swaddled in protective padding in a very sturdy box so everything came out perfectly. Then only one tool is really needed, and they include it. The assembly instructions are clear, and where they *might* be confusing, there are additional notes saying, for example, "ignore those silver bolts, tighten the black ones." It was, for me, an easy assembly process. Finally, once it was assembled... the ergonomics are excellent; it's adjustable everyway you can think of and however you want to sit-- or even to lay out and nap-- this chair will do it for you, including back and lumbar support exactly where you need it. It's a high quality piece of furniture and a phenomenal value for money spent and I can't recommend it too highly.

I write few reviews, but this chair is very well designed and comfortable. The mesh seat has a little spring and supports glutes well, the back likewise. Height is good for my 6-ft 2-in frame, very adjustable... the armrests support elbows or forearms with slides in-out, angled or forward. I assembled it slowly for 35 minutes with great instructions being displayed on the parts as well as in a book, written in excellent English. The tricky things well explained, and most important the structural pieces are sturdy, the screws fit nicely with blued threads so they won't easily come unscrewed, and even so they remind us to check screws every 90 days. My previous office chair lasted 20 years and now in my early '70s I'm sure this one will as well - but with much more comfort and support. Watching video reviews of mini chairs as well as customer reviews online, this compares well with chairs twice its price and even with the $2,000 top of the line. (On the negative side there's a warranty activation card which is not in compliance with. Magnuson-Moss Warranty las, but that's a minor point.)

Really decent chair. I wish it had more reclining angles it could lock into but nota deal breaker. The adjustable lumber and headrest have been really comfortable. The seat could use a little cushion. But overall a very solid chair for the money.

The chair is exactly what I was looking for. I work in my office for long periods of time and the support is great. It is also perfect for my power naps to recharge. The footrest is really nice. The chair was packaged very nicely and the directions were easy to follow. Definitely recommend this chair for all of your needs! The follow up and customer service were also top notch!

Decent overall chair. Bought it for the lumbar support, unfortunately the lumbar support does not go low enough. I love the adjustability of the armrests. The foot rest, wind shoved all the way in is still kind of in the way of your legs and annoying. You can remove it if you don’t plan on ever using it. The cushion is pretty comfortable and so is the neck rest. Unfortunately, lumbar support is the number one reason I chose this chair but it just doesn’t go low enough to provide adequate lumbar support for a chair in this price range. If you don’t mind that and you want something comfortable and adjustable then this is a great option.
