I upgraded from a popular brand office chair after dealing with lower back pain from long work from home days, and the ELABEST X100 has been a game changer. The 3D adjustable lumbar support is excellent — you can tweak the height, depth, and angle so it actually fits your spine instead of a generic bump. Combined with the breathable mesh back, I stay cool and supported even after 8+ hours. The 5D flip-up armrests are super useful, I can dial them in perfectly or flip them up when I want to get closer to the desk. The headrest is also adjustable and takes a lot of strain off my neck. The built-in footrest is a fantastic bonus. Sliding it out and reclining a bit during breaks feels great and helps with circulation. Assembly was straightforward and took about 20 minutes with clear instructions. The chair feels solid and stable (I’m around 190 lbs) and the wheels roll quietly. A couple of minor notes: the footrest can be a little stiff the first few times you pull it out, and like most mesh chairs it benefits from an occasional vacuum. Neither has been a real issue for me. Overall, this is one of the best ergonomic chairs I’ve used, including chairs in a much higher price range. Highly recommended if you sit for long hours and want real adjustability and all-day comfort. Also will add, the customer service has been second to none, I received an email asking if I would like an upgraded seat pad or upgraded casters, I chose the seat pad and it has been great. Amazing chair and customer service at this price.

Absolutely love this chair! It’s incredibly comfortable and highly adjustable, making it perfect for long hours at the computer. Super easy to assemble and instructions are easy to follow. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the back pain I used to experience after sitting for extended periods. Excellent Purchase! I was on the market for a chair that was not only sturdy (I am a 6'3", 235lb man) but also comfortable during days when I worked from home. Although the chair was on the higher end of my budget, it was absolutely worth the price. The assembly was simple enough with the included instructions and tools, only requiring a bit of elbow grease to tighten the each screw and insert the wheels. The chair itself is sturdy and breathable. I have yet to hear a squeak, groan, or other sound when sitting or leaning back and it supports my back and neck wonderfully. The adjustable arm rests did take a bit of getting used to, but are very comfortable once you find the appropriate position for you. Even the adjustable leg rest is comfortable for a person my size. The wheels are stable as well and glide easily over hard wood and well enough over carpet. The manufacturer warrantly is easy to set up and the company was kind enough to send me roller blades wheels that provide even easier mobility. All-in-all I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this chair to anyone looking for something sturdy and comfortable. I have only been using this chair for one week and will update if anything changes.

I must say, I am quite impressed with this chair. As with many things on Amazon, we must maintain a healthy level of skepticism on what we're buying and the quality of the product, especially on brands that you don't hear of outside of Amazon. However, I am pleasantly surprised and very impressed with this chair. The build quality and the materials are on par, if not better, than a lot of the expensive office chairs that companies spend tons of money on for their brick-and-mortar office locations. I read many of the reviews on this chair as well as watched some of the video reviews before making my selection. I of course looked at many, many other chairs in a decent budget price range from my Amazon search result. This chair was at the higher end price range, but it's design and features fit what I was looking for so I decided to take a chance and hope that the higher price point also meant decent quality. Now that I have it and use it, I know that I made the right choice. If you are looking for a super plush, lavishly comfortable chair that gives you a massage, then this is not the one for you. There are plenty of thick cushiony chairs on Amazon to choose from. If you are looking for something that is conducive to sitting for a long day of work, comfortable, ergonomically sufficient, will help you maintain posture, keep you sitting up straight when you need to instead of slowly starting the good ol "slump slouch", then this IS the chair for you. The design is well thought out and if you combine all the possible adjustments you can make to this thing, it should be able to accommodate people of all shapes and sizes. Yes you have to assemble it, but that's a good thing as you can see what you're dealing with and how it all goes together and works and how it adjusts. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. All the bolts came with loctite on them. They even gave you a good T-shaped alan wrench with a grip on it instead of the usual crappy small L-shaped tool that is useless. The material quality appears to be sound and heavy duty. The build quality of what already comes together appears to be good. All the bolts you install go into metal threaded inserts instead of straight into plastic, which is a good thing. The box weighs 50 pounds if that tells you anything... it's a heavy chair, and that typically means solid construction and materials. The mesh appears to be of good quality and installed well. Overall, the higher price point is completely worth it for what you get. At the end of the day, a chair like this that gets a lot of usage is ultimately only as good as how you take care of it. If you treat this thing good, I can see it lasting a very long time.

I’ll start off by saying I am not a “chair aficionado”, and that I only rarely review products. In this instance, I felt compelled to do so. I upgraded to the X100 from a Razer Enki gaming chair as I spend a great deal of screen time and needed something which which provides significant support and works for both productivity and gaming. I do not regret this purchase one iota. This chair is quite simply spectacular in every respect. I compared the X100 to the Herman Miller chairs at my place of business, and I am completely unable to discern a difference. While I require it, I tend not to use “lumbar support” as it never seems to truly provide comfort or relief. The fact that the lumbar support in this chair is vertically adjustable by quite a degree absolutely delivers. I have it set _exactly_ where I need it, and it helps me considerably retain posture. The arm rests have ~6” of horizontal movement front/back, and 45 degree cant in/out which fits every comfort situation I have yet to encounter. As a plus, the arm rests have the capability to be levered 90 degrees upwards and out of the way. Company support has been nothing short of fantastic. They reached out to me a reasonable number of times; not to sell anything, but simply to check in and ask for personal feedback. Response time from them has consistently been less than a day. I do recommend the seat pad upgrade: which in my case was free utilizing the documentation included with the chair. Made a magnificent product even more comfortable. Assembly took 20min, if that. Very straightforward. The combination of a fantastic product, and the stellar customer support, has earned ELABEST a loyal customer in me. I have already recommended to multiple people, and will continue to do so.

Overall this is a great chair. I love the back support, recline lock positions (though it would be nicer to have more than three stops), and the foot rest. I bought this chair specifically for its arm rest positions. I really like the fact that you can adjust them in so many planes. However, there is one arm rest feature that I really don’t like and hence, the 4 stars: the arm rests have three stops and the lowest one is too high.

This is the 3rd office chair I bought, and this "Elabest" is the best in so many ways. For one thing I have a fractured vertebra...this chair gives me the support I need. The Lumbar support is excellent; the mesh fabric is cool and comfortable. The head rest feels so relieving on my neck, not to mention the convenient footrest for when you just want to kick back! The arm rest are fully adjustable too! Al-in-all the chair is good and solid. Love the fact that I was able to choose one with green mesh in it to match our color scheme. The brace on the back of the chair is wood grain, which matches our desk set we bought from Amazon too! A win-win!! It only took my husband less than 1/2 hour to put it together. If you want to use it on carpeting, you'll want to change out the wheels or put down a mat. Good news is for choosing their product, they give you a choice of "Roller Blade Wheels or a Seat Cover", which will be sent to you after filling out the warranty card.

I couldn’t be happier with my Elabest X100 Office Chair! It’s extremely well built, comfortable for long hours, and the quality is obvious the moment you sit down. It addresses every major pain point I’ve had with other office chairs — the adjustable lower lumbar support is excellent, the adjustable headrest actually supports my neck, and the adjustable armrests make a huge difference. This is one of those purchases where you immediately feel like you got more than what you paid for. Elabest’s customer service deserves special recognition.
