I’m not usually one to write a review but when I have a product that I’m very satisfied with and customer service that’s responsive and kind, it’s hard not to. This is my first dip into slightly more premium ergonomic office chairs. I was looking at the $1000-2000 options but I could not justify that spend. I’m happy I decided to go with this chair after a lot of “research” (reading and an insane amount of Amazon reviews lol). The set up was very easy. It’s a rock solid chair and feels premium. I primarily got this chair for the lumbar support that it offers and the customizable settings. It definitely delivers on the support side in basically every regard. Sitting at my desk for hours doesn’t cause me pain anymore like it used to. My favorite feature is the ability to lock the chair in the semi reclined and fully reclined positions. It’s nice when you’re just lounging and watching a video and don’t want to make the effort to hold yourself back. The foot rest is a nice feature to have although I don’t use it that much. The flip up arms are also extremely useful when wanting to get close to the table. I only have one gripe which is very minor and fixable - the folding arms are very difficult to push back with the tightness of the bolts that it initially is set to, although this can be adjusted and loosened. Overall, I highly recommend this chair to anyone looking to enter the premium desk chair market!

This chair gets 6 stars. I’m an executive who works seated most of the time, so I could define myself as a professional office chair connoisseur. This chair was bought for the home office, but this one is was ergonomic, esthetic and comfortable as any other chair in our offices. I was impressed with the impeccable packaging. These folks took their time to put signs and names to each part. Putting the chair together was very easy thanks to the fantastic instructions provided. Took me 1/5 hour to assemble. On the materials, the chair provides several options, including tones. We chose walnut and it looks similar to the pictures. This is a strong chair; well sized for larger people, including the option to adjust depending on height of the user. The main event is the foot rester which folds under the seat. Only thing I would change is the wheels, but I can leave with them. Also, for guitar players, the armrests can be rolled back and play without bumping the instrument. I recommend these chairs either for office or home, low price, high quality

This chair is AWESOME. If you are like me, and are picky about a chair that is solid quality, has customizable features, comfortable and doesn’t break the bank, look no further because this chair is for you. What I love: 1. It arrived fast and was easy to assemble (maybe 20-30 mins) 2. The ergonomic comfort. The mesh is comfortable and taught enough that it does not feel like it will wear out soon. I’ve had my chair for about two months so far, and it’s holding up perfectly. I spend multiple hours in my professional at a desk, and wanted something to help support my back, and this has a movable back rest that can be adjusted up and down, and forward and backwards, in seconds (no twisting a knob under the chair). The armrests have multiple points of customization to suit the users preferred arm position. However, the only technical complaint I can make is that if you want to get the arm rests out of the way by putting them in the “up position,” they still protrude forward and are not flush, which means they push into the back of your arms. The base seat. So, in the photos, you’ll notice my seat looks different than the one that comes standard on the chair. This is because, I personally, am not a fan of mesh seating because I like to sit cross-legged in my chair, and the mesh tugs on my skin/hair. BUT, Elablast has a fix. (1) if you register your purchase/warranty with them, you get the pick of either (A) glide rollerblade wheels, or (B) a very soft 1” thick padded seat cover that engulfs the entire base seat. However, I discovered on Elablast’s store page that they sell a memory foam cushion seat replacement, and I got that and the free seat cushion. LET ME JUST TELL YOU, this chair is now the most comfy office chair I’ve ever owned. If you do replace the base seat from mesh to cushion, just know it will “delete” the extending leg rest feature. I didn’t care about that feature too much, but just something to consider. See photos. 3. And lastly, Elablast’s customer service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I emailed them to register and inquired about the seat replacement and the cover, and they were generous enough to send me one because they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I didn’t expect or ask them to do that, they just did. All in all, this is one of the best Amazon purchases and experience one could hope for. Thank you Elablast!

This is the 3rd office chair I bought, and this "Elabest" is the best in so many ways. For one thing I have a fractured vertebra...this chair gives me the support I need. The Lumbar support is excellent; the mesh fabric is cool and comfortable. The head rest feels so relieving on my neck, not to mention the convenient footrest for when you just want to kick back! The arm rest are fully adjustable too! Al-in-all the chair is good and solid. Love the fact that I was able to choose one with green mesh in it to match our color scheme. The brace on the back of the chair is wood grain, which matches our desk set we bought from Amazon too! A win-win!! It only took my husband less than 1/2 hour to put it together. If you want to use it on carpeting, you'll want to change out the wheels or put down a mat. Good news is for choosing their product, they give you a choice of "Roller Blade Wheels or a Seat Cover", which will be sent to you after filling out the warranty card.

HOWEVER, the “5D” armrests are very annoying as they move easily when resting your arms and the backrest of the chair goes around an inch back and can go an inch forward even when “locked” in place. So forever I have been looking for a new PC chair as my old one has been worn down and it was time for a replacement. I was told to look for and ergonomic one as I sit for long hours. I stubbled upon this GEM! Easy to put together and extremely comfortable! However the seat came damaged. Now here's the kicker I called customer service which according to other reviews are excellent. They are 100% right! One call and a few pictures of the damage and my invoice and bam they agreed to replace the seat and offer the seat cover and rollerblade wheels. They even sent a nice email saying they also fully registered the warranty for the chair as well. I do have to wait some time for the replacement chair seat but they were completely transparent about how the seat was out of stock for improvements and will be available in August and that the roller-blade wheels are currently out of stock and are expected to arrive in 4 weeks and told me that i would see them shipped out by 4 weeks . In the mean time they are sending the sponge seat cover to improve my experience and provide better support while I wait. Awesome! Cant wait! So how is the chair? Night and day from my old, one everything on the product page is 1000% accurate! To the adjustable lumbar support which is a soft pillow with height and depth adjustments, the tiltable head rest, to the 5-d arm rest they are all excellent! Something it does not tell you is that the depth of the chair is customizable for your height and weight when you put it together! The foot rest is also ROCK SOILD and so easy to unfold and store away when not needed and it has 3 tilt locks for leaning back in the chair. I would highly recommend this PC chair to anyone! Will Update In the coming months with the replacement parts when they arrive. No worry's about buying one of these excellent chairs! Comfortable, breathable, very sturdy and extremely customizable.

This is a great chair! I work all day sitting at my desk. I had purchased two previous cheaper chairs and both resulted in lower back pain and tailbone pain. I have sat for over 10 hours in this chair and always feels comfortable. It has a versatile neck brace which can be adjusted. The lumbar support can also be adjusted. It brings a leg extension but I haven’t used it. The mesh makes it cool and able to breathe. It is very sturdy, and very stylish. Most people that see it ask me about it since it has an attractive ergonomic design. Pay a little more and you will be pleased with the results.

I purchased this chair after the seat portion of my salvaged Herman Miller (HM) Aeron snapped and was no longer usable. A replacement part from an off-brand supplier was going to be nearly $200, so I figured why spend that much for one piece, when for a little more, I could get a brand-new chair with more features. At 6 ft tall, 220 lbs, working from home, and a gamer, this chair has proven to be an excellent replacement for my HM at roughly a third of the cost. I can comfortably sit in it for hours on end without any discomfort or fatigue. The head and footrests are features that I never had on my previous chair and add a level of comfort I never knew I needed. As mentioned on the product page, the X100 can lean back up to 120 degrees and when the footrest is elevated and extended, it makes for a very comfortable resting experience. As someone with a bulging disc injury (L5-S1), the normal and reclined seating positions provide great comfort and support to my back and keep me relatively pain free. Assembly was not quite the 15 min advertised on the product page, but was easy enough, with the exception of attaching the lumbar backing to the seat mesh. You really have to line everything up just perfect and put a lot of pressure on the assembly to get it to attach correctly, but after that, the whole thing was smooth sailing and included a nice T-handled hex wrench to use instead of the typical L-shaped Allen-key. Another point during assembly I felt was a nice touch, was the inclusion of several size options on the base of the seat so that if you are of smaller stature, you can still make the seat work for you. My only complaint, would be in the arms of the chair. They move in every direction you could possibly want them to (including folding up so they're out of the way), so you get your perfect fit, but they don't feel as solid as the rest of the chair when readjusting myself and pushing down on the arms to assist. To be fair, there have been no creaks, cracks, or snaps that indicate that they are of poor quality, but they do flex a bit more than I'd like when adjusting. A minor nit-pick of mine is in the casters of the chair. After registering my chair for its warranty, Elabest offered a free gift of either a seat cushion or roller blade wheel casters, to which I chose the latter. The original casters ran flawlessly on my carpet, and the roller blade wheels are nice, but seem to get caught up in the carpet more than the others. It isn't enough of a nuisance to make me want to switch back to the originals yet, but it may be something to consider if you're thinking about this chair and using it on carpet or hard flooring. All-in-all, this is a great chair that punches above its price point and I'm very happy with my purchase.
