This is the second Gabrylly chair in our house. My husband got his a few years ago and I "stole" it from his office when I injured my back. It helped immensely, so I was eager to get my own. Even better, this new version comes in different (stylish) color combos AND includes adjustability for the seat depth. This is extremely important to me. I'm 5' 8" tall, but my hip-to-knee distance is comparably short. Finding a chair that fits my frame has been a huge challenge in the past. Using the "M" setting on this one has been amazing for my low back. Such a difference from my old chair! This chair was extremely easy to assemble, fully adjustable (height, tilt, seat tension), and the customer support has been nothing short of amazing. Winnie graciously filled my request for a free lumbar pillow and chair cover, personally responding to my email within 1 business day and then sending tracking numbers for each. Having a real human to talk with is just such a breath of fresh air these days. Gabrylly (as a company) stands behind their products 100%, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a stylish, supportive, affordable chair for their office.

Review is for GABRYLLY Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair, High Back Desk Chair I was a little concerned about this chair being that I am only 5'4" and according to the description, this chair is meant for a taller person. Don't worry, it fits fine, without issues. I can easily place both feet right on the ground, even being a "short" person. I use a foot rest anyway, so I see no issues if you are shorter using this chair. This chair is quite comfortable to sit in, with the back being very straight up. This is good and bad. You get lots of support like this, when you want to sit completely straight, but can easily lean back a bit for more comfort, when needed. You easily adjust the tension by the front knob that controls how hard you need to push back to adjust the back rest like most chairs that recline. Speaking of reclining, this chair reclines pretty far, and is very comfortable. The head rest you will need to fiddle with to make it custom fit for your head. This is the first time I have used a head rest of this type, and surprised at how comfortable it is. Putting the head rest on, while assembling the chair is the hardest part, and its quite easy to do. As some others have said, the seat mesh is a little "scratchy", but you get used to it. I have found that I like using a cushion on the seat for extended sitting sessions, but you may not need one. The mesh seat is quite comfortable, and sometimes I switch between using a cushion and sometimes not using one. You will have to see what works for you. One big reason I got this chair is the swing up arms. I prefer these type arms, since you can easily lift them up out of the way, where as other chairs you can't do this. This makes it easy to push in the chair very close to your desk, saving room. Customer Service. One word, OUTSTANDING! I have hard floors at home, and carpet at work. My work place bought me the same chair, so I bought one for home use. I emailed the company and asked about purchasing the roller type wheels for my home chair, and they offered me an additional set for the at work chair, which I didn't need. They were willing to ship me two sets for free! I declined the one for work, since its carpet and didn't need a set. Thats great customer service, which is rare now a days. Keep this in mind when shopping for a chair...there are lots out there, and this company stands behind their product. Assembly - standard for a chair like this, very easy to do, and they provide a simple video to watch. Maybe takes 10 minutes to put together, and you can do it yourself. If you have trouble lifting, you would need some assistance. Shipping - Chair comes very well packed in a sturdy box, no issues there. Quality - I did not have any issues with this chair. Very well put together. Chair options - It leans back pretty far, and with the included head rest, it is quite comfortable to lean back when you are tired for a quick rest, or even a quick, nap. (shhhh...don't tell the boss) You can lock the angle of the back to exactly where you want it, if you don't like having to push back to lean the back rest. So far I am quite happy with this chair. I have never had a full back mesh type chair, and think that this will last quite a while, even with daily use. I think you will be pleased with this purchase. While you may be able to find a similar chair for maybe a little less price, to me, the customer service you get with this purchase is really worth it. You know that they will stand behind your purchase and your being happy with your purchase of their product. I don't think you will be disappointed. *update* Its been 3 months since I purchased this chair and I can tell you 100% no issues with the chair at all. Its quite comfortable, and I would purchase another one, without hesitation. I can be sitting in this chair for long periods of time, with no issues. I do use a small seat cushion, just because I had it left from my previous chair, so might as well make use of it, but its not really needed for this chair. I am completely pleased with this purchase. No chair is perfect, but not being able to get into a chair and sit in it for yourself, shouldn't sway you from purchasing this. Its very comfortable, and even though I am 5'4", its perfect in size, and the head rest is great too. Easy to lean back when you are tired and take a quick nap. I really wasn't expecting much for a chair at this price point, but my old chair died and I didn't want to spend a ton on something new that I couldn't try out first. But I've been using this for about a week now and I got to say I am delighted with it! I no longer have to get up and feel tightness in my lower back after sitting in it for 2-3 hours. I do a lot of programming and gaming. The packaging was very impressive and directions were excellent. I had his thing together in about 20 minutes. It's very comfortable and adjustable. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the adjustable arms don't drop a bit lower for my setup. I had every intention of returning it to Amazon, and was skeptical after my first hour using it. But now I am sure I made the right purchase as I have no intentions of sending it back.

I bought this chair recently to replace one (a different brand) that broke. It was easy to assemble, and the instructions were straightforward and well-written. The supplied Allen wrench is much easier to use, much easier on the hands, than the ones supplied with most assemble-it-yourself furniture, and the screws were packed in a well-labeled and organized way. The chair, itself, is comfortable, with plenty of lumbar support—and that's critical to me, as I have some back issues. That the arms tilt up and out of the way is a huge bonus, allowing me to pull in close to the desk. Finally, the wheels work quite well on the brick floor in my office (a converted porch). All in all, this chair seems to provide terrific value for the money.

I have purchased two of these chairs. One in May 2025 and one in May 2026. They are both fantastic chairs - one for me and one for my son. The assembly was very easy and instructions are explained simply. The first chair I bought only had one set of holes on the seat cushion and the second chair now has 3 holes (small, medium, large) for different heights. I'm 6'1 and the original was great, and for my son I also set it to large (I believe for 5'9+). These chairs are incredibly comfortable and I we can sit on them for hours. The mesh seat has tension which makes it comfortable for sitting, imo. The chairs also look nice and elegant. There is a logo on the back if you use the headrest, but other than that it is unbranded. I don't personally use the headrest much, but it is installed for when I need it. You can adjust the headrest in different angles and heights, and lean it forward if you are used to using one. I'm a heavy guy (~300 lbs) and have had no noise like creaks or issues with my chair in over 1 year, so I'm incredibly happy with it. It also helped my posture, coming from executive-style chairs where comfort seems to triumph posture, I had a few days of upper back pain but it was due to poor posture and quickly corrected itself. I also really like that the arm rests go up. On the second chair install, one arm rest wasn't going up as expected and seemed to hit something, but I just took it off and re-installed it, ensuring not to tighten it too much - and it works great with little resistance. I probably over tightened it.

ASSEMBLY Among the chairs I've assembled over the years, the neatness of the manual's instructions, straightforward assembly and pre-assembly of parts as much as possible to save a customer time as well as verified and correctly labeled part numbers comes as a surprise. The parts come in a packet with transparent front and you simply take out the parts step by step using the tear lines in the back. It tells me the manufacturer has put thought into user experience and tested their product before listing them for sale; you will be pressed to find something like this in other brands. ERGONOMICS Excellent. The design reflects exactly how an excellent ergonomics and comfortable seating should be like. I sincerely hope they don't disappear from Amazon. Quality products are increasingly difficult to find. Even as a perfectionist, GABRYLLY checks all the boxes for me. You will be very pleased to know that they have even thought of the optimal position of the seat depth based on height. There are 3 holes that accommodate short, medium and tall height range. I am a small framed man and their recommended screw placement guide matched my exact dimensions. It offers excellent fit for your height and proportions. QUALITY | WORKMANSHIP The choice for an all mesh chair designs are very limited on Amazon at the time of this review. This chair not only offers an all mesh sweat free design, but with a workmanship that is outstanding. The machining of screws and attachment holes are very well done. You will not run into problems with mis-alignment issues or terrible designs where poor choices are made for connections or screw types. The hardware also has built in washers and a lot neater than having to use washers for every connection. The mesh is not a harsh grade and although covers are offered for it, they are still soft enough for long hours of seating. The prior chairs I've tried featured super rough grade of mesh that was very hard on the skin. AESTHETICS The chair is beautiful to look at - something else that is difficult to find. I got the wood edition. I specially admire the incorporation of wood imitation in the chair that matches nicely with my mostly wooden layout. PRICE Very reasonable for the quality and workmanship. If you are looking for a comfortable stylish and functional chair as an alternative to 1K plus tier of office chairs, that still come with surprisingly high number of complaints, this is IT. It is unfortunate that the search algorithm for this chair has buried it in the results - such that I didn't come across it after many hours of search. Instead, I got some other terrible models that seemed alright to average from the photos, but were terribly uncomfortable or were missing parts or faulty by design. After the agony of having to disassemble and put them back in the box for return, I found GABRYLLY with the help of AI and super glad that I did.
