I knew this chair was the real deal day 1! I had a cheap awful chair and the pain in my lower back was severe. I would get up from the chair stiff and barely able to walk at first. The first hour I sat in this chair I got up feeling no pain at all and no pressure in my lower back. It’s been two weeks and I can say I love the quality and comfort of this chair I priced the kind my agency owner had in office and it was double the cost of this one but feels exactly the same I highly recommend this chair if you sit at work or just sit a lot The adjustable head rest helps with neck and head support The lumbar support is noticeable immediately and the recline lock options are good too you can adjust where it locks so it not all the way back or all the way up I like that. Chair packaged well, chair is sturdy and well made. Assembly instructions very clear, and all necessary parts and tools were provided. Assembly was very easy. I did get help for a few minutes from a friend when attaching the chair seat to the back. I could have done that awkward part myself but it would have required bracing the chair parts. The chair is comfortable and easily adjustable to to suit my cramped computer desk and me-5'4", 140 lbs. I got the pink chair. The color is nice, a bit more of a fleshy pink than the picture shows. I first looked for a narrower chair than the one I was replacing but couldn't find one I thought the specs on this one were about the same as the old one but this chair is more manouverable than the one it replaced.

Installation and Packaging - Pretty straightforward. Did take me about 40 min going slow but will take me like 15 min now. - Included extra screw and all tool needed to assemble. Uses Hex H5. - Packaging was good with individual wrap and/or cushion pieces. Pro - Nice bouncy mesh seat like sitting on one of those mesh hammock. No issue after 8hr continuous sitting but I have a foot rest that alleviate weight stress on the thigh area. I did feel a bit more stress after 10+hrs. People who enjoy padded cushion or without foot rest may not find it as comfortable. - Headrest is nice with various adjustable height and angle. - Leg has tactile groove which can provide nonslip. Some might not like it for those with more sensitive skin as they are not soft for barefoot user. - Wheel is smooth rolling on wooden floor. - Armrest can be pull upward to push seat in. - Reclining is nice. Comfortable enough that I can feel like I can sleep in it (with a foot rest only) Con - Unable to move armrest forward without increasing height so my forearm and wrist hanging in the air or it too high up. Was aware of this before purchase. - Armrest cushion is more on the firmer side than I would like. Also wish it was a bit wider. Neutral - Lumbar support is there but not as pronounce. You can obtain one with support with no condition attach. Support Cayla was great and help register my product and warranty along with sending a lumbar support pillow. In general, experience with support has been excellent. - Armrest is link to recliner. In sitting position, it a bit off but in reclining position, it is quite nice. - Adjusting seat height is not smooth gradual process but more of a rapid increment. - Wheel gliding isn't as smooth on carpet, requiring a bit more push effort. - When sitting down, ensure you sit in the center. Sitting off center from the side would touch the plastic edge. Overall, I'm happy with the product. Based on other review, warranty are cover for 3 years with many having no issue. If product hold up for a good 3-5 years, I would buy it again.

I had to write a review after spending so much on this chair. I've never bought one this expensive before, and the reviews had me ready to open my wallet. So I'm here to join the chorus to tip you over the edge if you're wavering. First things first: The Cons. At 5'4", I'm the shortest person who should buy this chair. With the arms completely down and the seat completely down, it's fine, but I wouldn't mind an extra 1/2" lower on either. If you're shorter than 5'4" your feet won't touch the floor. I won't be able to replace the wheels with my skate casters, but oh well. FYI, it also wouldn't be great for someone with a big booty, but since my junk is NOT in my trunk, it works great for me. The arm adjustments could be more elaborate. They do go up and down on an angle that brings them further forward as they go up. For this money, I would have liked to be able to flip them up out of the way and/or turn them in and out. And they're attached to the seat back, so when the back reclines, the armrests go up. The directions seemed to miss a printing pass, as I could see all the words and the arrows supposedly pointing at a picture of the chair, but the chair wasn't there. Weird, but the assembly is intuitive enough that if you've ever put together furniture that comes in a box, you'll be fine. Now for the good stuff: The Pros Y'all, I can't express to you how jacked up my back is. I've got more hardware in my back than Home Depot, and there are several more disks ready to blow. I'm currently in PT for sciatica, trying to avoid another surgery. So believe me when I tell you my back is jacked up. Thus the expensive chair. I just can't function in a cheap office chair and laying back in my bed on Zoom calls isn't very professional. After reading all the reviews and looking up lists of The 10 Best Office Chairs for Jacked Up Backs, I settled on this one. Currently I can't sit in any chair without excruciating pain after 5 min or less, and when I get up I can't walk for a while. But THIS chair, well I've been sitting in it for over half an hour watching football (ya know, to test it out) and when I got up...I could walk! What magic is this!? I think I found my new easy chair! Just kidding. This isn't what I would call a "cozy" chair, though it is very comfortable for working at a desk. Less exciting pros include the simple-to-operate mechanisms, the reclining feature (including being able to hold it in 2 different reclining positions), and the comfortable seat. I had no idea a mesh seat could be so comfortable. This thing is very sturdy, and seems to be built to last, which is good because I can't afford to buy one of these every year. It was also very easy to put together myself, although another pair of arms would have been welcome when attaching the seat to the seat back. If your back is jacked up and you work at a desk, this chair is worth the money.
