I was looking for an inexpensive office chair replacement for working from home. This chair certainly caught my attention. I pretty much sit in it 8 hrs + a day 5 days a week (for almost 2 months now). Very happy with the comfort and adjustability. The down side is I have broken 2 caster wheels in that time. Mind you I am a 185lb male and only wheeling from my personal pc to work pc throughout the day. The issue seemed to be when I would roll off of my plastic carpet protector, the wheels can't come back up on it well and they snap. The company warranty the first with no issues. A simple process and no questions asked, got the new wheel in a little over a week. When I broke the second wheel, rather than going warranty again, I bought a set of better casters online for about $20-$30... have had them on a little over a week and I think they solved the issue... so long as the chair legs can hold up to them. Generally very pleased, we'll see if it continues without incident. ... show more

Had the chair for a few months and is comfy enough, I like that it rocks, but it does squeaking and popping as it moves, and the wheels aren’t as smooth as other office, chairs, but they work. Overall for the price, I think it’s a good chair so far.
