And speaking of the title, I wonder how THAT would translate. So -- nice light, lousy usage instrutions. Here's a rewrite that isn't a tranlation. I hope it helps. There are 3 buttons on the controller, W, on/off, and B. • Press the On/Off button to turn all lights on. • Press the On/Off button multiple times to cause the lights to go from the brightest setting to the dimmest. The final press of the on/off button turns the lights completely off. • To immediately turn the lights off completely, press and hold the On/Off button for at least 2 seconds. • To change the intensity of the blue lights from bright all the way down to off: First turn on all lights by pressing the On/Off button. Next press the W button. The W button indicator will begin to flash. Now press the On/Off button multiple times to dim the blue lights all the way down to off. • To change the intensity of all the other lights from bright all the way down to off: First turn on the lights by pressing the On/Off button. Next press the B button. The B button indicator light will begin to flash. Now press the On/Off button multiple times to dim the other lights all the way down to off. ... show more

I am very happy with the quality of the aquarium light for my small tank. It is perfect. I have tried others and not been satisfied with them at all. This one is so very easy to use and i dont have to search down the cord for the switch late at night like i had to do with the others. i have not tried the timer yet as i like to have a sit down and look at the tank when turning off and on. ... show more

I live in Hawaii and it's a risk for us to have anything "delicate" shipped to us, but this arrived fine. I have not used the timer function since my schedule is ever-changing. But the control that you have over the brightness and colors, especially the actinic blue lights. is amazing. The control panel also allows for easy on and off. It appears to be made of quality materials and of quality construction, so I am happy. It's a good light. I like the timer setting, the light spectrum, and how it dims. But the 18-24 inch light does not extend nearly as much as you'd think, and I had to do some work to get it to be long enough over my 10 gal. (It sorta fit, just didn't seem sturdy enough. Plus I don't have a lid yet so I didn't wanna take the risk of bumping it and it falling in.) You really don't need huge fancy lights to grow most plants, but I do believe this light is doing some good for my tank and overall I'm happy with my purchase. ... show more

This is a great light, this is the third one I’ve bought . It has ten different light settings on both the day light and the blue light. The light on the highest setting is nice and bright and the white light actually looks white instead of having a blue hue to it like most other aquarium lights.
