Plugs in and is ready to use immediately. It runs very smoothly and can open stored programs just as fast as on the internal laptop SSD. Definitely go for this SSD if you want to store and play games from an external device -- I had Seagate's HD and it was just a perpetual state of lag... but this SSD runs significantly smoother and faster. Got this baby for $100 on Monday and it was worth every penny! It's tiny, comes with a short cord, and is so lightweight! I like it better than the Sandisk SSD! The texture on the front is a nice touch too, makes it classy and beautiful.

The item was described perfectly and it arrived on time in in perfect condition. It is easy to use as far as storing a few credit cards and some spare dollars; however, for me personally, the case is not comfortable to use when texting. Otherwise, it’s a nice case.

I usually travel around often and because of the compact setup I have with my laptop. Using the sea gate was extremely helpful as I could easily clip it onto my bag or put it into my pocket and go. Storage is also pretty simple and for 500gb, it was a fair price.

I'm a YouTuber so I backup a lot of my footage on here. It's pretty convenient. The price is a little expensive which is the downside to this item but it's easy to work with. Would recommend for those looking to backup footage.
