    • Sent a broken drive. Save your money in the long run and avoid this seller.
Bought this to replace a broken drive that I bought from this seller a little under 2 years ago. Didn't show in my array as mountable, and immediately started making a very loud clicking sound (I'm used to enterprise drive noise, it was much louder than that.) Don't make my mistake, especially if you're starting up a new system. Save your money in the long run and buy a new drive with a warranty for like 50 dollars more. ... show more

It works, and doesn't look like it has been dropped or anything. Good price for an enterprise drive. SMART says 56000 hours, over a trillion writes and 3 trillion reads. Some error counts are at zero and some are in the hundreds of millions. If it lasts 3 years, I'll be happily surprised. I'll probably buy new next time, or check the SMART attributes immediately and not after the drives have been installed. Oh well. ... show more

I purchased this drive to use for archiving photos and videos. Works just fine for that. Speed may not be fast enough for using as a primary drive, but great for backups.
