So, now that I am quarantine decide to do my small patio with few upgrades here and there. One of those upgrades was to replace the Saint Augustine grass I had from something we less maintenance and best results. Problem I had with St. Augustine was that every time I do the patio, took me hours to clear to do the amount of mess it left around when cutting the grass. So after careful research we choose Bermuda Grass. I now little to nothing about grass, plants or gardens, so I just used whatever instructions came with the seeds. Also, this is my first time planting seeds so my hopes were really low. To my amazement this thing worked! It was also fun to see it grow! I like that with the seeds I just filled the holes where it wasn't growing. The area is roughly 15 x 15 feet (approximate since is not square), had to use the entire bag. I am not sure if this is was too little or too much, I just know it did what I wanted. I would recommend this product. ... show more

The difference between the pictures is 30 days . Just follow the instructions and got an excellent results , the seeds start germenate after 9 days , the grass reach over 3 inches at day 20 .

Got a little bit of grass. I probably need to use 2-3 times as much as quoted to get the expected result. I will filling some dead patches. I got a few grass stems but it was pretty pathetic. In Z9 in summer. Everything grows here. Updated - After I wrote the review low and behold everything started to grow. Pretty thick and strong grass. I re-seeded my lawn this year and read extensively about the type of grass I was going to use. My lawn get direct sun most of the day and the rainfall here, while extensive, is erratic. So I needed a grass that could withstand a lot of sun and heat and the occasional drought. I followed the direction about how to over seed a lawn, and am very pleased with the results. Needed to seed a newly removed raised garden bed. That ground hadn't seen anything in over 9 years. Wet the soil, raked it with a hard-tine rake, sprinkled the seed and watered. Was hoping to beat the weeds and within a week the entire 10x20 patch had new Bermuda growing. A month or so later, can't tell the difference between old and new. Love it ... show more

I can't complain I will buy this again in a heart beat the are I planted this was very harsh all I did was remove a bit of the though dirt few bags of manure water 2 times a day and wallah but one problem have to fight with the birds that snick in eat my seeds so have to keep re seeding some areas. We're entering the rainy season, and the wettest month usually on average. Just my luck, it's rained 0.06" since I put down the seed (three weeks ago) and have had very poor success. Usually in that time span we get 2-3" Why five stars? The area close to my AC unit where the water comes out has sprouted and is growing very well.
