Hypoestes Pink Splash Live Potted House Plants. The plant in the photo is in a 2" pot, 2" pots are small. This variety has lots of pink with a little green. Very sturdy houseplants are great for the beginner. Need to brighten up your home or office, this is the perfect houseplant. Great for gifts as well. These houseplants also clean the air of toxins from pollution and smoke. Perfect for any room in the house. Tolerate medium bright to low light. Impressive pink foliage will grow quickly. I have bought bigger and better plants from the dollar store. I couldn't belive the Teeny tiny little plant that came, I have never seen such a small plant. Then it died within a week!

    • Beautiful, lush baby plant!!!!
The postal service lost my box of plants for 5 days, and the box travelled all over who-knows where during those days, from one post office depot to another, even though I only live a few miles away from this seller. But the plants were so strong and healthy and packed so well that after this long ordeal, they arrived in perfect health and the soil wasn't even dried out! Yes, these are baby plants, in tiny 2" pots, just as the seller says on his website and in the product info. But they are exactly what is advertised and very strong, sturdy and healthy specimens! A lot of customers tell that they immediately potted up their tiny baby plants into relatively giant 4" pots, then complain that their plant died. But that breaks all the rules of horticulture!!!!! First, never pot up a plant that has just gone through shipping stress. First let it recover. Second, find the perfect spot in our house where it will grow and be super healthy, where the amount of sun is perfect. Keep the soil moist watered, but never let the pot stay standing in excess water. After a few weeks of active healthy growth in the perfect spot, then pot the baby plant up ONE POT SIZE only! Pot these 2" babies into 3" pots. Yes, if you have a greenhouse environment and you're a plant professional, you can pot up into bigger pots in a humid, warm environment. But in the home, dry with heat and air conditioning blazing at all times, and less than ideal partially shaded perfect indirect sunlight.... None of us have this in our homes. So potting up ONE POT SIZE ONLY protects the baby roots from having to swim in souring, soggy potting soil that is growing destructive microbes since it isn't filled with enough plant roots to keep the water cycling out of the soil and into the plant. If you do this with these healthy little plants, you'll end up with a big, fully, gorgeous plant soon. Also know that polka dot plants do have to be pruned when they get leggy to keep them full and more compact and branched. I'm super happy with my babies, and will definitely buy more from CTS airplants! ... show more

What a rip off for $10.90. The plant was postage stamp big. Maybe two postage stamps wide . Not many roots along with plant as depth less than a postage stamp . Being Amazon prime at least I did not pay shipping. I would never ever buy anything from this supplier. I will see if it grows but will most likely not . I will go back to my normal provider(non Amazon ). If I could get my money back I would but not worth the trouble of shipping back . Lesson learned no plants through Amazon no matte4 how good the plant looks in pictures ... show more

I posted pictures with dates, of the day I received the plant and today (the day I am reviewing). Plant came with very little dirt, nearly dead with very dry soil. It looked like the Plant had been sat onto of the pot with a little dirt attached to the roots. The roots were barely there as well. I love plants and nursed it back, and it has grown a bit and looks much better now. If you don't mind spending time nursing a Plant, this is probably an okay option. ... show more

This is the teeniest tiniest plant I’ve ever seen! I had the biggest belly laugh! Other than the microscopic size it does look healthy and hopefully it will someday grow up to look like the one pictured in the description! I will pray for that. This baby arrived in a small box and was well wrapped to protect it. You might even say it was swaddled! LOL Beautiful plant, big laugh! All is well! ... show more

I ordered this little plant thinking I'd probably have to return it. It took a full week of travel for it to arrive. When it arrived is was packaged in a box but that's not all! It had several layers of wrapping too with the layer closest to the plant itself damp. I unwrapped it snd there was this beautiful little plant, leaves kinda smooshed together but alive and healthy! I put it on my coffee table and within a few hours it had perked up and looks beautiful! I would order again! Several weeks later: She is beautiful! Leaves standing up and happy!
