Arrived in perfect shape. Was packaged for safe shipping. Watered. Very healthy looking plant. I read everything about watering and was waiting until it dried out. Then the center started getting mushy and the plant is disappearing. I’m going to repot and see if it perks up.

Came packaged in a sleeve full of cotton fluff that I think was too tightly packed that it ended up damaging the plant and breaking a ton of pieces off rather than keeping the first in place and preventing shifting :/ my plant is clearly more green than the pink in the picture but that’s understandable considering there’s always some variation. How this succulent survived the trip is a mystery. When the poor plant arrived the soil was so dry and hard it could have been a hockey puck,3 leaves had fallen off, the bloom was laying over,. I soaked it in Water till I could remove packing soil, I had a big planter for it and even tho it was pitiful it is looking healthy now, which means it was a strong plant,so kudos to the supplier and shame on the USPO. ... show more

I was so expired about this arriving. Then completely disappointed when it was delivered to my mailbox. Half the plant was dead, there was a bunch of cotton polyester stuff stuck all through it, dirt everywhere. It was a disaster.

The plant arrived looking healthy and well-rooted, but the packaging raised some questions. They topped it with quilt batting and now I have polyester fibers stuck to it and it looks ridiculous.
