We were missing the wisteria seeds but received two black pine so I had to order new seeds separately and the tools included in this kit are not great, we also got another tool kit. Otherwise, it's a great starter kit!

I was really excited for this to arrive but after reading the instructions, it’s going to take a lot longer than I thought. I guess I was hoping to have a nice size tree in at least a year. Not five or more!

Three weeks in and they are growing
Item Shape: Growing into Acacia, Wisteria, Saku...
So far so good. I have had no issues at all. The kit works great. The only thing to remember is you have to be patient and follow the instructions.

I followed along every step of the way and only 1seed started growing.....I was really excited to grow bonsai but it's not happening

The media could not be loaded. I love the idea of the bonsai tree kit because it gives me a variety of trees. I never new that their were so many. I planted 5 different plants and the within a week my Acacia bonsai seed are growing. I wasn't excepting them to take off so soon. I'm still waiting for m
y others to take off. Crossing my fingers. I love this project ❤️.

I hoped at least a couple seeds would sprout. But the directions are very vague and don't match anything online except the depth to bury the seeds. I've never tried to grow trees before, so I watered them like I water my tropical plants. The dirt seems to hold the water a little too well and they all
started mildewing/molding withing a week or two. Per other instructions I had tried to use a heat matt at 75-80F and put a bin over them for humidity. Not sure if that hurt or helped the cause. I will try a second run with the remaining seeds and better potting soil, but I don't have high hopes.

Makes planting very easy. Heads up drainage is soo importation with these types of Plants you will have to buy clay rocks bc the box only comes with potting soil
