  • Excellent Seed Collection for a Thriving Home Garden
Set name: Home Garden 30
The Survival Garden Seeds Home Garden Collection is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to grow a diverse and productive garden. The variety of seeds included is impressive, covering everything from vegetables and herbs to leafy greens, making it perfect for both beginners and experienced gardeners. The seeds are high-quality, non-GMO, and have great germination rates—I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and robustly they sprouted! The packaging is also well-designed, keeping the seeds fresh and organized for easy planting. Whether you're gardening for sustainability, self-sufficiency, or just the joy of growing your own food, this collection is an excellent investment. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to start or expand their home garden! 🌿🥕🍅 ... show more

  • Plenty of variety for the price!
Set name: Farmer 100
I love the variety of seeds included for the price. The instructions on how to prepare each seed for germination seems to be spot on and a high percentage of each seed has germinated successfully. The plants are robust and are growing well. The container means I can easily keep all my seeds together and can keep them fresh. Plenty of seeds in each packet - even without harvesting seeds from the plants at the end of growing season I will have plenty of seeds for next year too. I added some extra packs of sunflower seeds to the order and cannot wait to see all my vegetables and flowers blooming on our property. The packets included some mixes for pollinators too which is important to me. ... show more

  • Great product
Set name: Home Garden 30
These seeds are great... So far I have purchased one and will be buying again. My family has also bought their good based on my recommendation and there are no complaints. All these seeds germinate and they are individually packaged and labeled with instructions. These are great for those that are just starting... Definitely will be repurchasing. ... show more

  • So far, so good.
Set name: Home Garden 30
So far these seeds are geminating pretty good. The first pic is seeds that I planted on president’s day, 3 peppers and 3 Roma tomatoes from this set. (The pea is an Ed Hume product. The only one that sprouted of the six I planted.) The hydro garden pic has heirloom tomatoes, pickling cucumbers, more peas and beans (Ed Hume). Second hydro garden pic is 2 weeks later. Only 2 peas and 2 beans of Ed Hume seeds sprouted while 5 of 6 of the Survival Garden heirloom tomatoes and pickling cucumber Seeds sprouted. I will be planting the other seeds directly into the garden when the weather improves. It’ll be interesting to see if the watermelon grows in the greater Seattle region. I may get a galvanized “ring” for the watermelon to hopefully hold in the heat better. UPDATE 10/8/23: I have NEVER had as good a harvest as I have this year. The 2 cucumber plants that came up produced enough to make 5 batches of bread & butter pickles, a batch of Dill and a huge batch of sweet pickle relish. I have been giving tomatoes (& late cucumbers) to the girls at the clinic. The Heirloom tomatoes have great colors that throw people off sometimes. We've canned salsa, spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce. We still have green tomatoes on the vines. Fried green tomatoes anyone? Of the seeds that were planted directly, the carrots and radishes are HUGE!! My sister called them monsters. The radishes were the size of little apples. Most of the carrots were about 12 inches long. My Kale is about 4 feet high and SUPER dark green and SOOOOOO delish!! Of all the seeds of rainbow chard I planted, only one came up red. They all taste the same, but the colors are eye catching. I had 1 radish bolt. I let it do whatever it wanted and now have another batch of radishes growing. I did not get the watermelon or cantaloupe planted, so I will write another review next year. ... show more

  • Quality Seeds and instructions
Set name: Home Garden 30
So far the seeds I’ve planted have germinated quickly most within a couple of days of planting. Bonus all of the packet instructions explain how to save the seeds so theoretically if done right this could be the last time you have to purchase seeds.

  • Will be the only seed company I buy from in the future
Set name: Home Garden 30
Honestly, after going through my gardening journal and seeing what I paid for with Ferry Morris and Burpee the last 2 years and comparing their current prices with very little to show for the previous seeds I ordered these because they were cheaper. Within days these have began germinating at 90 percent already. I had also watched a ton of you random utube video’s and I noticed, not that they were mentioned, but in the background these seed packets. Since I am an elevated beds, backyard Gardner I don’t have room for the watermelon, melon or wildflower seeds at this time but at literally a $1 price per packet vs $ 2.79 to $4.99 current prices for the brands I usually buy who cares. Not only are these economical, their germination rates are superior, there is not only a variety of spring and summer seeds with enough leftover for succession sowing but a variety of seeds for a fall gardening. My only regret is I didn’t pay for the next size pkg. ... show more
