  • Light weight and easy to use electric garden tiller.
Style: 7.5-Inch 20-Volt Cordless Pattern Name: Tiller
We have very clayey soil and this electric garden tiller was able to till the soil with ease. Light weight and portable. On less clayey soil it worked even better. If you are looking to till deeper than 3-4 inches then you might need a more robust tiller. With roots smaller than 1/4-inch diameter the till performs well. Larger root will be an issue for more clearing blades. ... show more

  • Surprisingly strong
Style: 20-Inch, 14-Amp Corded Pattern Name: Tiller
This tilled through rocky souls we have. A very powerful machine. We used a 12 awg extension chord for powering it. No issues, tine cleaning is easy, I just use a curved hook blade for getting in-between the tines.

  • Works better than I thought it would
Style: 16-Inch, 13.5-Amp Corded Pattern Name: Tiller
It is a bit hard to maneuver But it is so much easier to start than a gas one and you don't have to buy battery's, They are terrible for the environment. And I thought it was well worth the money.

  • Works wonderfully!
Style: 7.5-Inch 20-Volt Cordless Pattern Name: Tiller
I bought this tiller to help me keep grass and weeds out of my veggie garden. At almost 70 years old getting on my hands and knees was no longer an option. It tills very well, there's no pull cord and the battery holds up very well. I recommend this tiller to anyone for small tilling jobs! I am beyond happy that I'm able to keep growing vegetables due to this tiller. ... show more

  • Powerful Electric Tiller That's Relatively Easy to Control
Style: 20-Inch, 14-Amp Corded Pattern Name: Tiller
Wheels make it easy to transport and easily retract for use. The lift handle on top of the motor cover makes placing the tiller in position easy. It digs deep but won't break up chunks of hardened clay even though I used a spading fork to first open up the soil. It throws these clay chunks off to the side. Year after year I add 50 pounds of lime to the soil to break down the clay; it helps but it is no panacea. ... show more

  • Incomplete delivery
Style: 7.5-Inch 20-Volt Cordless Pattern Name: Tiller
I ordered this to help me plant bulbs. It arrived in time, but there was neither a battery nor a battery charger, making it useless. I tried to have a battery and battery charger sent to to complete my order. Scotts refused, so I have to return the tiller, wait for the refund, and then order another tiller. I declined to separately purchase the battery and battery. So I bought a tiller in a box store...all parts were included in my purchase. The failure to ensure that my order was complete, or to simply send the missing items cost me a day delay in planting, and a trip to a box store, has resulted in my determination that I will never purchase another Scotts product. Next day, a neighbor gave me a compatible battery/charger for the Scotts tiller. I compared the two tillers. The box store tiller did an excellent job and was satisfactory. The Scott's tiller performance was minimally acceptable. The big difference was the weight. The store tiller was considerably heavier than the Scotts. Given arthritis, bursitis, and sciatica, I opted to retain the Scotts tiller, and return the store tiller... two trips, one to buy, one to return. Given the troubles I had because of the failure to send me a complete tiller, I retain my opinion of Scotts. ... show more

  • Sturdy Tiller
Style: 16-Inch, 13.5-Amp Corded Pattern Name: Tiller
This little tiller packs a punch. I have an about 1/2 acre yard that is overgrown with weeds from years of neglect from the previous aging owner. I have been putting in flower beds and tilling my yard for grass. This tiller takes several passes in kind of a crisscrossing pattern. I am very petite (100lbs and just under 5ft). The first pass is a workout, but I can handle it just fine. ... show more

  • Was running backwards.
Style: 7.5-Inch 20-Volt Cordless Pattern Name: Tiller
I called their customer service, they said it was wired backwards, send it back! I fixed the problem by turning the handle shaft with the electrical connection 180 degrees and now the tiller runs properly. This is the result of poor assembly instructions and poor advice from Scott’s customer service! ... show more
