The instructions are simple. The color is fabulous. Easy to use. Minimal odor just like going to a salon. Hair results came out super soft and manageable. Used to get hair colored at salon for big $$$ and they never covered the gray well. Got tired of it so decided to try myself. Tried several products. This is the only one that works. Covers gray and leaves hair in great condition. May cost $ 3-4 more than some other products but well worth it. Highly recommend.

Great color. My hairdresser commented that my hair is in better condition and is a more natural color than when I used a different brand. Twice the cost of my previous hair color but worth it to have better color and condition.

Doesn’t last long enough

I’ve tried different brands. Very satisfied with the color and materials and the application process of this product. I would have switched to this brand exclusively based on that. Unfortunately, it did not adequately cover the gray areas which are already very obvious after 3 weeks. Disappointing.

Best Hair Color I've Ever Tried but Use Your Own Conditioner

I love this product, I really do. It's a thick cream so it doesn't drip all over my clothes and bathroom. I'm able to color all my hair with just one bottle (my hair is long and thick), and best of all - it covers the gray! I used Keratin Color several years ago but had to stop because of their fancy names (Smoky Brown, Cashmere Brown, Berry Brown, you get the picture). I had no idea what I was getting so I went back to Excellence by Loreal (Natural Light Brown). At least I knew what I was getting and could buy the corresponding Root Touch Up product. Happily, I came upon Keratin Color Dark Blonde so I tried it and I'm hooked again. Just a heads up (no pun intended) - the Dark Blonde is like everyone else's Light Brown. The only downside is the conditioner that comes in the box - it's awful, and that kind of surprises me coming from this company. I don't care because I love the hair color so much. I just went to Ebay and bought a much of Excellence conditioners and now I'm happy.

I’ve tried a lot of different hair color brands. Most turn my hair much darker y than it’s supposed to, I think my hair takes on the color to intensely. This hair color works perfectly for me. It keeps my hair a similar color instead of turning it to dark and making it more obvious that I colored my hair! Thank you for a great product!
