I chose this product over others that were available because this seller will engrave both sides of the silver bar instead of just one. This allowed for two separate sentiments and the necklace can be reversed depending on my mood. I wanted mine to say “forward” because that’s my life moto! When life gets hard, just keep moving forward! I love that it came with a chain extender so you can kind of decide what size you like! So disappointed. I was so excited for this necklace and waited almost a month for it, just to get it in the mail and open it to find that you can’t even see what is supposed to be engraved/wrote on the necklace they made it so small you can’t even hardly read it without getting super close. So disappointing, I do not recommend! Requested a refund patiently waiting to see if I wasted my money or not. If you want to actually be able to see the letters you had placed on the necklace, order somewhere else! So upset. ... show more
