A lot of pluses for this product. First, it has a light fragrance when applying instead of a toxic odor. It's a great color for older women who want a light blonde/grayish tone. It comes with a purple toner/conditioner to maintain color. I suggest adding a bit of regular conditioner to that to keep hair moist once dried. I’ve always been told that the best hair colors have food names 🤣 so I chose the caramel blonde because I also love caramel coffee and the color came out beautifully on me. Full disclosure: I used the caramel blonde color on top of previously colored hair… within the past year my hair used to be burgundy then brown then at some point I bleached it ombre. Before coloring with caramel blonde… my roots were also grown out about 3 inches… so the truest color to caramel blonde would be at the roots as seen in the photos. I love that it also covered my white hairs I have growing in front. I would definitely buy this color and brand again. I think the pre treatment serum was helpful. I followed the directions and it said to put it on the ends of my hair. The conditioner left my hair feeling so soft too and has enough for 4 applications. This is a really intense hair dye. I wouldn't recommend it if you have never dyed your hair at home. It burns pretty good & has a very strong ammonia smell. Try loreal feria for first time. If you are experienced I like this product so far. It mixes up extremely creamy & conditioner thick. It's working fast, color looks ok. Honey blonde 9 over very light pink hair for a rose gold look. It's deceiving because the color on the box is like medium is blonde but it says 9....so on my level 10 hair it didn't really do much besides take out the bit of pink that was in my hair. Seems like kind of a waste to damage hair & scalp for little color pay off ... show more

I like the smell of this hair color - no harsh chemical smell, but lighter. Make no mistake, there is a smell. I do also like the color itself and that it doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy after; the natural curl/waves got to do their thing after I was all done with rinsing.

This color along with the brand name is hard to find in stores. This I found out exactly how difficult when it was time for a touch up. Somehow I found the product on Amazon and I purchase it. Amazingly it was half price I was able to purchase enough for the next 3 touch ups because I was worried Amazon would run out But once again Amazon came to my rescue❣️They always have the product and the price changes each time usually it’s cheaper than my previous purchase. Side note when I do look for it in shops that carry hair color I honestly can’t find it. There was one time I did find it, and the store had one box (I always need at least 2 boxes) and the price was so outrageous (almost 3 times the cost that I get on Amazon). This wasn’t brassy on me. It blended my chestnut brown and gray hair perfectly. My hubs liked it. He Asked how much the salon was this time because it was worth it for a change. My stylist has made some questionable choices with my hair over the last year. I was too scared to color it due to breakage. We had an event, I rolled the dice and tryed it. If it killed my hair, I would cut it short. Easy right? Well, my hair was STRONGER after this color. It is starting to grow back. Best color i e used as far as scent and distribution. It was like a flower shampoo so easy to apply to my roots. Worst conditioner ever, dried out my hair n smelled like eggs. Very odd bc usually conditioner is nice. Didnt lighten as well as other color brands in the same shade.
