Best habitat for my son's dwarf hamster Princess Peach
This was bigger than I expected it seems like plenty of room for a dwarf hamster (although she had to get used to walking up the ramp she's a pro now) I love that it's two stories and comes with wheel, water and food cup. Super easy to put together. Took less than 10 minutes. Sleek and nice design not those bright obnoxious colors. I love that this is lightweight and easily movable and that the bedding is secured below in plastic so that it won't come out. My son can basically move him wherever he wants without worrying about it making a mess. The fact that it slides out makes it so easy to clean and already has a place for the hamster to hang out at the top while the bedding is being changed. It's cool that it's see through also so that you can see her wherever she goes when she's not burrowing. So much more space than the cages at the pet shop that cost almost as much but cheaply made. Lastly it doesn't seem to smell as much since the bedding and waste is at the bottom in the plastic. Very pleased with this!

Hammy Mansion!!
This cage is very roomy and my hamster loves it! Originally, he had a small CritterTrail cage that my Teddy Bear hamster felt very tight and limited in, and at first he was very skeptical about his new cage, but once he was exposed to it enough, he ended up falling in love with it. We put him in there for 10-15 mins at a time (about 2-3x a night) until he was comfortable being in there for longer / sleeping in there. For him, it took about 4 days until he was comfortable. Assembling it was very easy. You just snap the pieces together and the instructions were very clear. No tools needed!! It took me about 10-15 min to assemble it together, and then i just added the food into the bowl & added bedding to the downstairs. The only thing is that the wheel is too small for my Teddy Bear hamster, so I traded this one with the old wheel my dwarf hamster had and he loves it, but it is very squeaky. Other than that, this cage is like a mansion & im sure your hammy will absolutely love it! This is a solid purchase and worth every penny.

Cracked Clear Bin
Like many reviewers mentioned, the clear drawer bin arrived with a large crack. I used clear packing tape to “fix it.” Not bothering to replace it as that may also arrive cracked. Overpriced for it to arrive cracked. Also, this is too small for a Syrian hamster (no matter the age), and too small for adult dwarf hamsters! Also too small for an adult Siberian Hamster (aka Dwarf Russian, Winter White, Campbell, Sungorian). Maybe a temporary enclosure for one, none fully grown Siberian hamster. Good temporary enclosure for a Chinese Hamster (aka Robo, Roborovski).

Nice upgrade needs a few tweaks
I got this cage as an upgrade for my Syrian hamster. Granted, I know she still needs a bigger enclosure but this seems to make Artemis much happier. No more bar chewing and much more room to tunnel. I had bought her the kaytee silent wheel which I love but because it is a much bigger wheel I had to move the flooring all the way to the top. I also took out the stairs it came with and replaced it with her tunnels, she seemed to struggle climbing them. Fairly easy to pull out and clean and I love when you open the top it's like a little stage! Overall nice upgrade but next version could probably do with a half flooring plan on top to make room for larger wheels,water bottles,fluff etc.

Really nice cage
I bough it for a mouse and looks like she has plenty of room to run. I especially like the bottom part that is enclosed and the mouse can dig in the bedding without making a mess outside of the cage. The wheel was squeaking but I solved by using homemade salve (made out of oil and beeswax) to grease the inside of the wheel attachment. It is a pricy house but worth it.

Arrived broken :(
We shopped around a lot and this was our favorite design. Really genius and easy for our 7 year-old who is learning how to care for a pet. However, the product arrived cracked on the side and the wheel was also broken. We were very disappointed when I contacted the manufacturer and they refused to make it right. Bummer.

Great cage super loud wheel!!!
Love the cage! Easy to clean and set up reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when the hamster uses the wheel it’s sooooooo loud!!!!

I would buy it again.
-First one came cracked, we had to get a replacement -This is the easiest hamster cage to clean. Lock your hamster up top by closing the ladder, pull out the drawer, dump and refill with bedding -The running wheel is small, we purchased a larger one -pretty roomy for it's smaller size
