    • Doesn't get hot enough
The description claims it will reach around 130ish. I set mine up in my shop. I added a heat lamp inside to help bring the temperature inside up and had the steam pump on the highest heat setting and was only able to keep the inside temp at 100. The quality for its price isn't to bad but really wish it produced more heat. ... show more

When I originally received my first order I assumed it was used because of how it arrived (see pics). Looked gross. We didn’t even unbox it all before packing it back up. I ordered another. Also messaged the company on 2/25 asking a question with no response for a few days. Read on here though.. The second one arrived looking the same. So I was like what the heck and took it out to look at it really. It wasn’t dirty. There was something on the inside of the plastic causing the look of it being dirty. Once you use it a few times it actually clears up fine (I think by number 4 it was cleared up most of the way). I will say that the company reached out and has more than made up for any disappoint. Great customer service even if it took a few days initially! I’ve tried a few models similar to this and would say that this actually is pretty decent compared to other models. Love that it is clear. Others feel so much more claustrophobic (and I’m not generally sensitive to this). Heated up quick enough— took 10 mins maybe? And worked great once it was going! Some cons still to note: heat is intense on level 9 (the top level). Kinda hard to figure out how to place the steamer box in a place where it won’t actually practically burn your leg. It is something you CAN figure out but it is tough. Requires some patience. Also, if you use it for a while, the steam does seem to seep out the top and onto the ceiling above the unit. This is after maybe 30+ mins of it being on, and I also think it can be prevented by putting a towel over the top probably. Also the remote for the one I opened and used didn’t work. Will try the other one and see if that one works. Another note, I loved that it didn’t taper in at the top of it near your head. I think this was a unique design in that way and actually was a major pro compared to other similar items. Worthwhile investment when you read into how many health improvements can happen long term with sauna use. We are excited to try their new model when that comes out as well! ... show more

This is sauna will have you sweating in minutes. It heats up nicely. The best part is if you are feeling sick you can put essential oils in the water tank and get a full body steam to clear out sinuses. Highly recommend, the customer service is exceptional.
