The Invi gives you luxury in a durable unit with a low maintenance, impact resistant exterior. All 11 hydrotherapy jets are powered by an energy efficient 2 Peak HP, 2-speed pump that allows you to melt away the day’s aches and pains with high speed hydrotherapy. Plug into any standard, dedicated 120V/15A household outlet and you’re ready to entertain. You also have the option to convert to a 240V electrical unit allowing your heater to perform at its maximum on the coldest days, which we recommend having professionally installed by an electrician. This molded spa is made from quality colored granite resin that features a fully insulated interior allowing your spa to retain optimum heat from your all stainless steel heater all year long. The Invi spa also comes with a heavy-duty, insulated tapered cover with locking clips allowing you to easily and comfortably close your spa while not in use.

Exactly as advertised. I am happy so far 24 hours into ownership. I previously had a 220 gallon softub brand for over 20 years outdoors in NJ trouble free. This 243 gallon unit functionallly operates similar but with more jets and a nicer tub plus actual seats. I like the single mold design. Thus, you understand my ownership perspective. Shipping was via rxo. They were fantastic. It says porch delivery, but the guys were nice enough to the backyard deck. My goals were similar to my prior hot tub. I wanted reliability, simplicity and lighter weight. It checks those boxes, and we shall see over the long term on reliability. A simpler design typically helps that part a bunch with less to go wrong. Setup was easy. Fill with a garden hose though filter hole then through each jet to push out antifreeze. Use a large bucket and smaller cup to dump it out. Drain plug and tube is inside. Open it too when draining. I tightened it all up when done, as mine was a bit loose. Filled tub over the jets. Put the garden hose spaying into each jet to push out air bubbles before shutting off. Plug it in, does the automatic priming cycle. Mine was easy, since the garden hose already got the bubbles out. It heated at 2.6 degrees an hour on 110v regular plug to 104 degrees by early morning the next day. It is quiet and jets have n acceptable amount of power. It has the option for 220v hookup but don't see the need. Checked for leaks, and happy there are none. I purchased an extra cover for it, just like I had for my old softub through the years. It is a sacrificial cover that gets replaced every few years to keep the tub and original thicker cover in new condition. I don't know why the tub manufacturers don't just include one, as it would help with warranty and service issues. In my opinion, it is a mandatory item to have in the long term for UV light protection. An extra cover is especially good for brooming snow off and extra insulation in the winters here in New Jersey. It has some insulation on the inside but recommend a cover for areas that experience freezing temperatures. I will do another longer term review later, but so far this is a legitimately good compact, ideally 2 person comfortable tub. Sometimes, less is more. ... show more

When our old hot tub died we found the current purchase price prohibitive. Then we found this little guy and couldn't be happier. It is a plug and play for 110 current, but our electrician wired it for 220 in just a few minutes. The tub is smallish, maybe 4 people with folded legs. But it is perfect for the 2 of us, cozy, holds temp, good jets, easy to fill and access filter. There are even cup holders and a cooling seat.     • Missing parts and broken control board
Item arrived missing pieces and the control board fell apart and stopped working a week after setting it up. Weak spots were found in the corners of the plastic where it was so thin I could see daylight coming through. The only reason I don’t give it 1 star is because when it worked, it did what it was supposed to. Zero customer support so far. ... show more
