I purchased this item two months ago, and it's already experiencing an electrical short. It fails to remain powered on or maintain consistent heating. The electrical box blinks and resets itself frequently. Amazon says that I'm not eligible for a replacement or a refund.

I use this all the time and it has improved my sleep immensely. I use it for 45-60 minutes before bed and since it increases my body temperature, it does not take me as long to fall asleep since my body temperature is already high. I highly recommend this product!

This sauna fits the bill for comfort, design, and heating with a couple of caveats. Warm it first. It takes a minute to get the temp up to begin sweating. It comes with a lot of plastic bags which are basically useless. They come apart easily so just sauna with your clothes on. You cannot see the temp and time controls when lying down (which you must do), so prop the control box up on a book or something before settling in. The remote doesn't come with a battery, so don't expect first day use unless you happen to have a wafer battery on hand. Otherwise, this is a sound product choice.

I have sleeping problems recently, so I decided to buy this one to try. The pink color is what I like. I set the heat 60, turned on some music, and pre-heat for 15 minutes. after using it, I slept like a baby last night !!! The price is good for this quality, better than other high price brands, I love the relaxation and calm it gives me, extremely beneficial for muscles and joints after workouts.

It does what it's supposed to do and gets plenty hot. The arm sleeves are nice but that is where mine ripped just 1 month in to using it. It also appears to be burning it's own fabric in some spots which is concerning. Will be sending it back. The power cord is also super short so plan on getting something longer.

Burning and melting plastic cover at any temperature. I thought the burning plastic smell would go away after a few uses. Turns out less than six months in, this product is a fire hazard, melting itself, and I would like to return it if possible.

Fantastic... made the right selection, though hesitated for couple of days. It does get super hot quickly just like someone answered me on Amazon. Should say THANK Ｕ to this person. As my wife could not sit for long coz of her back problem, this product fits very comfortable when lying down on the bed, enjoying relaxed personal sauna time, meanwhile reading her favorite book.
