I expected a lighter shade of green, this is literally almost black against other cardstock I ordered. I did want a darker shaded green so am using it for the project. It is darker than my monitor showed but I'm aware of 'variance' between what a monitor shows and what it really looks like. Reiterating: It reads ALMOST BLACK. It is green though. The pictures posted are a few 'shades lighter' than the product in person under 6500k lighting. Very smooth finish both sides, and cuts cleanly. There is a very light grain which is discernible under good light. Just take care if you are cutting some pieces one direction and some at 90 degrees plus (OCD speaking) to pay attention to cut direction. This is only 100lb. It won't really show under many other conditions except against 110 or heavier stock. 10 lbs of stock weight is discernible at this weight if you are matching this to other heavier 110lb stock. It is colored all the way through, and cut cleanly with my semi-commercial hand cutter. Use sharp blades or punches and it will cut cleanly with a minimum of an embossed topside and an embossing (rise) on the other.

Loved this 12 x 12 cardstock. The 100 lb. is sturdy and the Nightshift blue is a dark blue and is perfect for card bases and for making albums. I also bought the Timber Green and it is stunning as well. This Cardstock Warehouse Foundations Collection will be my go to cardstock from now on. I couldn't be happier with this product.

I was delighted to receive this card stock as it was perfect for using as a skin tone card stock. I searched everywhere for a skin tone cardstock and amazon sent me samples of suitable cardstock. I purchased barely pink card stock and it was perfect to use on the face, arms and legs of betty boop.
