Now I don’t have to kill my back getting clothes out of my washer or dryer. I’m only 5’3” but they are heavy duty and very deep. I was using a handicap gripper to get the clothes out from the back of the washer previously. These were in used condition with a small dent on the side that didn’t affect the structure or balance of the unit. They were easy to level also. My daughter found the easiest way to attach them to the units was to lay the washer/dryer on its side and attach the base securely. Then upright it. She has the bruises and sore muscles to prove she did it by herself but doesn’t recommend it. ... show more

This product is extremely fragile; it could not support the weight of the washing machine. Of the four white pieces—which serve as caps—three arrived broken. I would like to return it, as it was not cheap, but given the effort the installation required, removing it is simply not feasible. It is quite disappointing. ... show more

Ordered two white ones for our new home and Samsung washer/dryer. I had to go with these shorter types as the cabinets in the laundry room didn't have enough clearance for the types with drawers. Both of the pedestals were ordered arrived intact and undamaged and are doing their jobs.

I did not realize there were only 6 inch washer and dryer pedestals until recently. I thought all the puzzles had to be about a foot tall with the drawer underneath. I could use one that large because of the cabinet above my washer and dryer. I am so glad I found these. It was easy to lift the washer and dryer onto one of these pedestals. The feet of the dryer fit right into the cushion holes that help combat any vibration in your washer or dryer. The 6 inch height from the pedestal makes it so much easier to get your clothes in and out of the dryer or washer.
