This is a nice little scooter, folds down nicely to put in the back of our SUVs, my husband is able to lift it easily, I can get it in my vehicle with some maneuvering due to only having the use of one hand, with that being said, I can set up the scooter and fold it back down easily with the one hand. It seems to have good speed, I turned it to the fastest setting and I doubt I’ll ever need it to go that fast. It feels a lot faster than 4mph, when I have it at the low speed my husband can walk at a comfortable pace next to me. I do recommend getting g a back cushion. I ordered one, but forgot to take it on our test drive to Walmart and I wished I had it by the time we were done. The small size makes it very easy to maneuver, I cannot speak to the battery life quite yet, but I will update after taking it on vacation. As soon as I figure out an easier way to get it in and out of my vehicle I will be able to return to working! Edit, this scooter has been great on vacation, easy to maneuver in small spaces and light enough to lift once I’m off of it if needed to move it more out of the way. Battery life is great, as is customer service. I had a couple questions and found my cup holder was bent upon using it the first time. Ben could not have been any nicer or more helpful, very prompt in helping, too! Order from this small midwestern Company, even though they originated out of Ohio State University 😉 ( go Hoosiers!)

I did a lot of researching before I purchased this. It has been three weeks since the purchase and I want to give it a 5 star rating. It is light-weight (about 35-40 pounds) and it is Ok for a mid-sized woman to handle it. Folding and unfolding are both easy. Putting it up was easy. I did it in about 10 minutes wo using any special tool. Battery life is good so far. I bought this for a child so 4 mph is perfect for companion to walk with him, faster than this would be hard for adult to catch. Stable in most terrain. With a little time to get use to it, this thing runs smoothly. Small cons: If steep hill and turn, be careful and slow down. Mine comes with a broken light holder, I had to tape the light with duck tape but it is not a big deal. Overall great product!

Does not weigh 37lbs. Went to Fed ex today to ship (battery not in) weighs 49.3 lbs! Was hard for my Mom to maneuver corners, tried to return but outside 30 day window. Drags when try to move it (heavy & hard)

Great mobility scooter for mom. It is very stable, and never tips over like other scooters. The battery charge lasts so much longer than other scooters. Plus, we can carry an extra battery that stores right below the seat. It's extremely light and easy to fold up and put in the car. Love it! Worth every penny. Customer service is awesome, and real people answer the phone without going through any automated robot answering.

This scooter was very easy to lift, fold and unfold. We chose it because of its Weight, the 275lb capacity and the travel bag accessory. Just returned from a cruise and airline flights. The travel bag worked out perfectly. On the cruise, it easily fit through the cabin entry doors. The battery did not need charging for the entire trip. At the airport we checked the scooter, minus the battery which we put into our carry-on. We received the scooter at baggage claim. The battery was stored (fit perfectly along with charger) in a VERA BRADLEY lined cosmetic bag that we had. Checking in on the Cruise ship was no problem, as was leaving. I had a few questions and called Zii ROBOT. Customer service answered my call quickly and explained what I wanted to know. Thank you Ben! Highly recommend this scooter and the travel bag!

I bought this scooter last Dec. 2023, while visiting Columbus. I wanted a lightweight scooter that I could handle by myself and easily bring back home to Maui with me. Searched the internet while there, and found this awesome scooter, which had everything I was looking for, plus great customer service. Almost one year later, I'm writing a review to let you all know this is a great scooter. It has been a lifesaver for me inside the home, and out. I've had no problems with it, and love the folding/rolling features which makes it space-saving and easy to use. Best feature, lightweight, I can put in car by myself. I've used it all over Maui.
