I am very disappointed as the window expired right after if fell from the bathroom tile. It had been loose before and I adjusted three times but it never did fall to the ground. I would not buy this again as it is not sturdy as it indicates. The company should not be able to sell this as senior citizens or even children may get hurt.

This 12" Chrome Suction Grab Bar is a great buy. The suction pads seem to work better than on other products when installed properly. I had a rough tile texture in my shower. This makes it difficult for the suction cups to maintain a secure position. I installed Volport 3.74" mounting disks (purchasing separately) prior to installing the grab bar. Works Great!

This is a well-made product with good suction; however, it does not fit standard 4-inch tile. It is impossible to fit it between the grout troughs, which of course renders it useless in this context. I subtracted one star for this design flaw.

These grips are exceptional. Very sturdy and the suction cups attach it very firmly. Installed several in my very large shower. Large, very smooth, shiny tiles (10”) so no problem attaching and avoiding the grout, which is critical. Are great at holding to help my balance. Highly recommend. I got the chrome ones, which cost more, but I’m sure these others are the same except for looks. NOTE: The warning stickers attached to the handles are easy to remove using turpentine (fine on the plastic). Rub the sticker with the turpentine on a rag, let it soak, scrape off the label, and then wipe again with the turpentine rag to remove the last of the adhesive. I then used isopropyl alcohol on a rag to remove any turpentine residue. Result is perfect!

The product itself it very good, but disappointed because I ordered the "chrome" and recieved the white & Grey one instead.....really wanted chrome so it would match the shower hardware.....so be warned ⚠️ you may not receive what you ordered.
