I like that the pillow keeps its firmness and is very comfortable. There is nothing that I dislike about the pillow. I bought the pillow because I had neck and back surgery and needed a pillow that was firm enough to support my head and keep my back in line so I could get some sleep. It is such a great value for what I paid and what it does, I bought two and gave one to my sister because she has problems sleeping. Oh, it has a spot to put your arm so you won’t have to lay on them. Great pillows.

I will only speak for myself here. I don't know much about sleep physiology and ergonomics or spinal curvature. What I do know: I have been a side-sleeper as long as I can remember. I slept on two basic pillows until I injured my back about 12 years ago. Then I started experimenting with contour pillows and knee pillows. Two years ago I fell for the YouTube ads and bought a certain pillow that is shaped like a cube and is ridiculously overpriced. Said cube-shaped pillow did offer what felt like an upgrade in neck support/alignment, but it also felt like I was sleeping with my head on a foam cube (because I was). It wasn't comfortable, and I began waking up more often than not with headaches. These headaches may be linked to other medical problems I won't go into here, but I suspected that the box pillow was contributing to them. I found this Cozyplayer pillow the way we find all things on Amazon, and I decided to give it a try. Given the cost, it wasn't a huge gamble. Well, the gamble paid off, because I immediately experienced a huge improvement in my sleep quality and a decrease in my headaches. Unlike the box pillow, this Cozyplayer pillow has a complex shape, which offers support, but also variation. This allows me to shift around and find subtle adjustments for comfort throughout the night. I'm very happy with this pillow. If you are more moved by customer anecdote testimonials: I recently went on a trip to Chicago with my wife and daughter to visit friends and such. I forgot to bring my pillow with me. The first night in the hotel, I slept horribly on the hotel pillows. The second night, I woke up after two hours with the worst version of my neck pain and headaches and could not sleep the rest of the night. During that pain/inability to sleep, I got on Amazon and ordered another one of these pillows to be overnight delivered to the friends we were visiting. With this pillow, I slept through the third night in the hotel with a vengeance and woke up without any pain at all. I'm sold. Won't go back. Even after purchasing two of these, I spent less than I did on that idiotic Youtube cube gimmick pillow.

I’ve been using this pillow for 4 nights so far. So far so good! Previously I used a Coop Homegoods bamboo pillow. I’ve loved it for years, but lately have been waking up with a stiff neck and have tossed and turned a lot. Couldn’t hurt to try a new pillow. I saw this one with good reviews and thought I’d try it. I was a little skeptical as it is not a tall a pillow as I’m used to, but that’s kind of the point, right? My head fit in the indentation perfectly while laying on my back. Nice! But I am also a side sleeper. Worked well that way too! The first night my sleep was so restful and no neck pain the next morning! It has been the same all this week. No more tossing and turning all night. The pillow doesn’t stay super cool, so that is why minus one start. Other than that, I am loving it so far. Time will tell how it holds up. There are 2 separate cases you can take off to wash. It specifically states do not wash the pillow. It does have a fairly strong smell that these types of pillows have. Just let it air out 24-48 hours first and it fades. I would recommend giving it a try if you’re undecided.

I wondered if this pillow was all hype and would disappoint like so many have but it was highly recommended so I got one. Before I even slept on it the first night I used it behind a regular pillow to prop up for TV and it was so much better then the one I'd been using for that. Sleeping on it was an even better surprise. It stays cool so I don't find myself waking up to flip the pillow over several times a night and it provides strong support without feeling hard. It's great to be able to use the arm rest part! I bought one for my son and he loves his. I've recommended it to several people who have also bought one or two and have passed on the recommendation. One of the really smart and satisfying purchases of the year for me!

I got this pillow and was sleeping good, and this effectively helps me to stay in healthy sleeping positions. But I would often wake up with a headache that resolved shortly after getting out of bed. It felt like a pressure headache, like my head was in a vise all night. But I wasn't ready to give up on the pillow yet. I thought I had read somewhere in the listing that they would provide an additional insert for free to add a bit more height, so I found the email address and made the request, including the Amazon product number and my mailing address. I got a quick response that it was on the way. Days later the insert arrived, and was easy to insert through the zipper opening on the underside. The insert immediately fixed my headache problem, and now it's the perfect pillow! I'm hoping that it will eliminate the occasional waking up with a super stiff neck as a result of "sleeping wrong", which for me takes several weeks to recover from. So far after like 2 months, I've had no issues at all!
