We really like everything about this shower bench. The quality is awesome. Our previous bench claimed it was teak and cost way more than this bench. It rotted before we knew it. The quality of this bench is beyond our old one. Not teak but the poly lumber is so much more durable than the fake teak we had previously purchased. Even the screws are rust proof. It looks really nice in our shower. The weight and stability is amazing. The size fits perfectly. The price sealed the purchase to perfection. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with this purchase. We will definitely come back here to give a long term review to tell everyone how great the product endures being showered with water every day and still looks like the day we bought it. I bought this for the Mister, who has mobility issues and needs to sit down to shower. We have owned several medical grade "bariatric" shower chairs, and I was tired of the seat cracking, feet rusting or the bolts falling off after a year. It is heavier than most chairs, so it seems plenty sturdy. My tub is regular sized, and it fits just fine. Assembly was really easy...comes with its own allen wrenches and there aren't that many pieces to attach. The instructions were stuck together, and I couldn't find them until after the fact, which means I managed to put it together without them LOL. While it's better looking than the medical grade shower seats (the ones with the hospital vibe), it's likely not something you would want anywhere else than your bathroom. It's made from heavy duty plastic and has a faux wood grain, mine is gray. The one thing I do find odd about it is that the seat isn't all one piece. The handles attach separately, and they don't line up flush with the seat when you bolt them on. It hasn't been a problem, i.e. no pinching, but it is peculiar that it is not just one solid piece. A month or two in, and so far, it's been great.

1 year later, I'm still using and enjoying this shower stool. It gets full water multiple times every single day and it still looks the exact same. It's also very sturdy for sitting on (my husband is around 230). Not adjustable. Very sturdy. Bench is wide enough for 1 person. We love this purchase!

The bench wasn’t too bad to put together but it didn’t align right for a smooth surface connection. Instructions were generic but it did come with at least two extra screws of each size. It is definitely very sturdy once assembled, a little taller than a shower seat with metal legs that medical supply or drug stores have. The shower holder on both sides are really nice. Bought it for the poly lumber and that it's waterproof (not just water resistant, there is a difference!), and the weight rating. My husband is a big guy and has knee issues. This bench is far stronger than the bamboo, "molded plastic" or metal ones that sell for less. We have an old iron shower tub and it fits inside it easily. I'm getting a second one of these for our utility shower although I think it's dumb the cost of the colors are different. We bought a white one and it's stayed pretty clean though, no mold or black spots showing.

Excellent product, is true to the photo. Description spot on. Easy to assm. I weigh over 350 lbs. And I feel completely comfortable for me. Well made. The adjustable feet aren't really an issue. My floor is really flat. The only bad thing is, now that I have this product. My water bill is higher. Becausezero I enjoy showering again. Almost like a spa day.

This seat went together easily and seems very sturdy. My spouse and I really liked the look of it and consider it a good value at its price. The seat is about the same height as an ADA toilet, but that still leaves it a few inches too low for the mobility issues she has when in the shower. If it had been higher, we would have kept it but I did not see a way to easily add those few needed inches, and as a result returned it.
