Got this to replace one (different brand) that I had had for several years. So glad I did as this one is so much more durable and sturdy. It does not leak any moisture like my other one did from the beginning. Having the lights setting right on top of the dome is so nice and my clones and seedlings love it. I have not lost any clones in this dome as I would lose a few in the other all the time. 4 different ventilation locations is awesome. Different settings for the light is very helpful as well. Other folks posted pictures of a dome made of thick hard plastic, but the one I got is thin and flimsy, like it's disposable. If I'd known that I was getting a paper thin disposable tray I'd have skipped it.

The humidity dome does work. I bought the $89 kit to get the longer light bars that go across the whole dome and still got the smaller ones. No idea how that happened????

    • Dome is cheap plastic, and it leaks
The plastic on the dome feels really low quality. The design allows alot of water to leak out where the two halves meet.

    • Does not trap humidity
I have the larger dome and it will keep condensation inside the dome unless I keep spraying the inside walls of the the dome. The side alls do not seem to be sealed along the bottoms of the tray so everything gets dry pretty quick. My clones either dont root or take FOREVER AND A DAY!
