The seals were good to where you didn't have to worry so much about over or under tightening like most units. Getting ready to order another one for my other bathroom. Also like that it had Allen heads to screw into the threads so it will not turn while adjusting the rain head. Easy installation with help of included parts and Allen wrench tool. Also loved the pressure of the wand and the rain head awesome. Definitely recommend this. I have been a contractor for 19 years! And the instructions tell you not to use teflon tape which is true with this unit,

We have liked our shower head so much that we bought a second for the guest bathroom. The overhead shower works alone or at the same time as the handheld sprayer. Using them together does lower the water pressure but not significantly. The product is easy to install. The hand held sprayer bracket comes with an adhesive strip that is strong. This shower fixture looks much more expensive than it is and is a good value for the money. There are several spray settings which provide varying in the pressure.

Great water pressure settings. Able to use shower head alone, a combo of the two, or the hand held alone. Love all of the settings on the handheld. I will say, we have the shower head at maximum height, but it occasionally starts to slip and lowers itself. We have to adjust it back once a week or so.

this is one of my favorite products in years that I found on Amazon. been looking for a replacement outdoor shower and this worked out better than I could have imagined. was able to take the rain for a shower and use a clip to attach it higher and then the handheld finishes off your shower beautifully. you cannot beat the price and even if I have to buy another one in a couple years, it's well worth it!

This shower head was incredible at first… everything worked perfectly. The overhead rain effect felt like a spa and wand was great for extra coverage. After a while the buttons to switch between both of the heads (rain/wand) began to stick or not work. And now the buttons for the main head(the rain) is stuck in the off position and will not pop back out. This seems to be a common thing with this head so I’m very disappointed to report that it happened to me and the head is now defective. Hoping the seller can help because I tried to see if you could just get a replacement switcher and I’m not seeing such device so it was 5 stars, now it’s a 1 star for me.
